I went to this mans home at least times fixing issues such as a "sharp piece of step
flashing that could cut somebody"This particular piece of step flashing is tucked in a corner and could only cut somebody under the most odd of circumstances

But my house burned down. Literally. Well, not the structure but the entire inside. Needless to say it has been a trying time for me. Granted, this is not you problem.

pay you the contracted amount plus $50 extra for your trouble. Contractors make the profit that you are seeking. Subs can not make the entire amount on any said item or none of us would be working. Under the circumstances, I believe this is fair.

The homeowner resolved the matter by withholding monies due Mile High Roofing and paying my invoice. Homeowner paid me the balance due to ensure a lien was not placed on his home. While I am sympathetic to your situation, and the loss of your home, you are running a business. You need to respond to callers, to complaints, and you need to pay your bills. My bill for repairing the screens was most likely less than what the insurance company allotted to the claim, leaving margin in the job for both parties.

I have t received any phone calls. Our email is on the site as well and I have received no message there either. As I now am aware of the situation, I will remedy this immediately. I'd appreciate it if the complaint was removed as this is the first I have heard of it.
