I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
A call was placed to Miles Waste Management on Wednesday July 23 to state we were finished with our three day rental of the dumpster. This was day 3 of the rental agreement. Numerous calls were placed to Miles in the following week. The dumpster was finally picked up on July 31. This was 8 full days after our initial call. We appreciate the Revdex.com help in resolving this issue but we would not recommend nor use Miles Waster Management in the future due to Miles Waster Management's poor attitude regarding this issue. They stated numerous times that they would pick the dumpster up at their convenience not ours, the customer.We consider this issue resolved with the Revdex.com.
