Hi my name is Mohamed I am the owner for highlander pizza [redacted] Radford va I send this email regarding the complaint from the customer about order a pizza from us and after tow days she called and said my pizza was not cooked well and I want another pizza for free , and we ask where the pizza to make sure it's not cooked well like what u say ?and she tell me I but it in the trash and I told her you should not trash the pizza before u show it to us and we sorry we cant do anything about Thanks

Good afternoon this mohamed the owner of highlander pizza I just want to explain to you we sale to many pizza cone and pizza every day we don't have any complain about bugs in the food and the Helth inspictor was here for the same complain and he checked out and he didn't find any bugs, and some
customers try to keep the food and get the money back also if he found a bugs why he didn't bring the food back to show it to us and we definitely was going to give him his money back we do all we can do to make our customers happy to keep our business success and if anything I can do I will also I can replace his order anytime if he want thanks and u have a great day

I am not happy with the response because I called minutes after I received my order and was told a new pizza would be delivered within the next hourThey did not send another pizza as promisedThey could have had the pizza they sent the first timeI called numerous times and they gave me numerous excuses to just get me off the phone even promising to call me backThis is not a matter of me calling two days after the fact, that is not true

Throwing the pizza away after two days is irrelevant, they promised to redeliver my order the same night and never showed upThey could have picked the uncooked pizza up that nightOrdering take out and receiving raw food that was not fixed meant I didn't get to eat a meal with the little time I had available to me.This is not an attempt to receive free products, this was an attempt to right a wrong on the company's behalfSending raw and uncooked food can lead to food poisoning, something I feel this company worries very little about due to their behavior and business
