Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I e-mailed my complaint on January **, 2015, but the cabinets started falling apart months before that, I just didn't have the time to call and complain about itMy wife and I were also told that the workmanship was good for a 1-year warrantyI'm not sure about the cabinet themselves but the assembly was supposed to be done thoroughlyWe tried troubleshooting the problem over the phone and emailKatie wondered if it was the cabinets' frames expanding due to the heat in our home since it was winter and to wait for the summer to see if it goes back to its original formI argued it wouldn't since it's also hot in the summerWe though of everything, but none of her suspicions proved trueShe also asked if we placed heavy things in the cabinet, which we didn'tWhen I inspected closely, the cabinets were literally assembled with a nailgunThere were no glue used in any of the cabinets which was why they started to spread apartKatie admitted that it shouldn't have been assembled like thatAs for the cabinet doors, I have no wishes to contact the manufacturerRight now, I just want the cabinet to hold up and not fall and destroy everything else in the kitchen including what's inside the cabinetsOtherwise, we just threw money away for cabinets that lasted less that months
