To Who It May Concern,In response to the above complaint the center’s director conducted an investigation into the complaint and reported her findings to complainantComplaints/Concerns are viewed seriously and getting to the bottom of them is always our highest priority. After speaking to staff members that worked in the infant room that day, the center’s director had explained to the complainant that the noon bottle fed to the infant was reported to have been a bottle pulled from the “reserve bottle supply”All parents are required to provide a reserve supply of formula in case there is ever a time an additional feeding/bottle is neededThe reserve bottles are stored in a cabinet in the infant room The reserve bottle used was clearly marked with the infant’s name and had an expiration date of March There were no other missing bottles belonging to another infant that could have been fed to the complainant’s infantBoth staff members working the infant room confirm thisThe center’s director called to explain to the complainant that her infant was not fed another infants bottle but rather her infant was fed a bottle pulled from the reserve supplyThe staff that fed the bottle from the reserve supply had also called the complainant to confirm that this is what took place The complainant had asked to view the camera footage as the center is equipped with a camera in each classroomUnfortunately, about two weeks or so prior to this incident the monitor and/or DVR had stopped working Parents were aware of this, as the monitor showed it was powered on but the screen was black(The monitor/DVR is in the front office visible to every parent).I placed a call to our Security company as soon as the complainant had requested to view the footage in hopes that footage from that day could be retrieved as I was not sure if it was the monitor or the DVR that had failed The technician sent the DVR to the manufacturer for repair and per our request, asked that if possible to save footage from the 23rd of December as the complainant wanted to see footage of the teacher actually pulling the bottle from the cabinet. The technician per the director’s request had also placed a call to the complainant and left a message to explain what had happened to the DVR and the possibility that footage may not be retrievable. It is unfortunate but the manufacturer was not able to retrieve footageThis was relayed to the complainant via the center’s director.Despite the director’s investigation, the staff member’s confirmation/call to reassure the complainant that the infant was fed a bottle from the reserve supply, the complainant believes her child was fed another child’s bottle Without the complainant actually seeing footage of the staff member pulling the reserve bottle from the cabinet herself, I believe we will be unable to convince the complainant that the infant was not fed another infants bottle. We are being truthful and sincere about what took place and with this we have been unable to set the complainants mind at easeThis entire incident is unfortunate and I believe that if the complainant had filed this complaint with our state licensing specialist/agency instead of the Revdex.com there might have been a better outcome for everyone involvedNot that I have anything against the Revdex.com, I just believe our state licensing specialist/agency could have done more to help with this complaint and in turn put the complainants mind at easeBecause all other attempts had failed to set the complainants mind at ease or to convince the complainant that we have been truthful and sincere, I instructed the center’s director to contact our state licensing specialist to report this complaint/concern on the complainant’s behalf I have also contacted the owner of our Security company and asked that he place a call to the complainant in an attempt to explain the inability to retrieve footage from that day; hoping that somehow we can put the complainant’s mind at ease that a mistake was not made in feeding her infant another infants bottle. If you have additional questions, please feel free to call or e-mail at any time.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

To Who It May Concern,In response to the above complaint the center’s director conducted an investigation into the complaint and reported her findings to complainant. Complaints/Concerns are viewed seriously and getting to the bottom of them is always our highest priority. After speaking to staff...

members that worked in the infant room that day, the center’s director had explained to the complainant that the noon bottle fed to the infant was reported to have been a bottle pulled from the “reserve bottle supply”. All parents are required to provide a reserve supply of formula in case there is ever a time an additional feeding/bottle is needed. The reserve bottles are stored in a cabinet in the infant room.  The reserve bottle used was clearly marked with the infant’s name and had an expiration date of March 2017. There were no other missing bottles belonging to another infant that could have been fed to the complainant’s infant. Both staff members working the infant room confirm this. The center’s director called to explain to the complainant that her infant was not fed another infants bottle but rather her infant was fed a bottle pulled from the reserve supply. The staff that fed the bottle from the reserve supply had also called the complainant to confirm that this is what took place.  The complainant had asked to view the camera footage as the center is equipped with a camera in each classroom. Unfortunately, about two weeks or so prior to this incident the monitor and/or DVR had stopped working.  Parents were aware of this, as the monitor showed it was powered on but the screen was black. (The monitor/DVR is in the front office visible to every parent).I placed a call to our Security company as soon as the complainant had requested to view the footage in hopes that footage from that day could be retrieved as I was not sure if it was the monitor or the DVR that had failed.  The technician sent the DVR to the manufacturer for repair and per our request, asked that if possible to save footage from the 23rd of December as the complainant wanted to see footage of the teacher actually pulling the bottle from the cabinet. The technician per the director’s request had also placed a call to the complainant and left a message to explain what had happened to the DVR and the possibility that footage may not be retrievable. It is unfortunate but the manufacturer was not able to retrieve footage. This was relayed to the complainant via the center’s director.Despite the director’s investigation, the staff member’s confirmation/call to reassure the complainant that the infant was fed a bottle from the reserve supply, the complainant believes her child was fed another child’s bottle.  Without the complainant actually seeing footage of the staff member pulling the reserve bottle from the cabinet herself, I believe we will be unable to convince the complainant that the infant was not fed another infants bottle. We are being truthful and sincere about what took place and with this we have been unable to set the complainants mind at ease. This entire incident is unfortunate and I believe that if the complainant had filed this complaint with our state licensing specialist/agency instead of the Revdex.com there might have been a better outcome for everyone involved. Not that I have anything against the Revdex.com, I just believe our state licensing specialist/agency could have done more to help with this complaint and in turn put the complainants mind at ease. Because all other attempts had failed to set the complainants mind at ease or to convince the complainant that we have been truthful and sincere, I instructed the center’s director to contact our state licensing specialist to report this complaint/concern on the complainant’s behalf.  I have also contacted the owner of our Security company and asked that he place a call to the complainant in an attempt to explain the inability to retrieve footage from that day; hoping that somehow we can put the complainant’s mind at ease that a mistake was not made in feeding her infant another infants bottle. If you have additional questions, please feel free to call or e-mail at any time.Sincerely,[redacted]

No one has yet called me since Dec. 2016 when I first complained. I was not even aware that they are not able to retrieve the footage until I read the response that was sent. I have received no call from a technician explaining about why the footage cant be retrieved. It doesn't make sense that a reserve bottle was fed to my daughter that only had 2oz in it but 3oz was written on my daughters daily paper as being gave to her. I was also told the day I called that a baby was missing their last bottle of the day but was not told which baby that was. I would like a phone call explaining why the footage cant be shown.
