Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as we receive monthly invoices, as it is stated in the contract agreement we haveHowever we have recently received a "bill" in regards to fees that we are unaware of, and upon contacting you in the previous months, we were all paid up to date of march and no remaining fees appliedThis "bill" has a late fee and two additional charges for utilities, one back in December which we have paid as well as a $late feeWe have held our end of the contract up with your company, it would be best if you could do the same Sincerely, [redacted]

Please be advised that we dispute the allegations/complaint due to the following facts:The resident bounced their February rent check We received notification from the bank on 2/27/and informed tenant When a check bounces,the rent remains unpaid and tenants are issued a Hour Non-Payment of Rent Notice Non-payment notices are also issued for any rent outstanding as of the 5th of the month.The tenants did not respond to the notice sent in February, failed to pay for the bounced check and as of 3/8/did not make payment for March eitherConsequently, they were issued another Hour Notice for Non-Payment of rent for MarchThe tenant made payment on 3/10/17; however it is very likely that their payment and the notice crossed in the mail since there was no on-site manager at the park.All of the above notices were mailed, as there was no on-site manager for the park at that time (we have since hired a replacement) It is unfortunate that the tenant felt "harassed" however we were within our legal rights to issue notice since they failed to pay both February and March's rent timely.I'd like to point out that we did extend them a courtesy by not filing for an eviction action against them when they failed to pay the rent due from their bounced check back in February We were within our rights to do so; however chose to wait to see if they would pay in March When they failed to pay by 3/8/17, we issued the non-payment notice.They also allege that they hadn't received a "bill" for their rent since November Residents sign a Rental Agreement/contract and as such, we are not obligated to send them a monthly billthere is nothing in the Rental Agreement that requires that we send them a monthly billThe former manager did so only as a matter of courtesy as she included the outstanding rent amount due in her monthly invoice for water/sewer billing to the residents There is no requirement that we provide them with a bill for their rent With regard to the meter reading for the monthly water/sewer billing, the residents actually came out ahead on this, as due to the fact that the park was without an on-site manager for a period of time AND very inclement winter weather, we were unable to read the meters and assess actual charges Residents were only charged the very base/minimum amount for water/sewer.As for the 'clip' that was drilled into their home, I am unaware of this, and would be glad to have someone look at it to see if there was any damage as a result If it is the smaller binder type clips, then there shouldn't be any damage to speak of I welcome any further information and pictures from the residents so that we can review them

This "bill" has a late fee and two additional charges for utilities, one back in December which we have paid as well as a $100.00 late fee. We have held our end of the contract up with your company, it would be best if you could do the same.
