Left after 6 months, breaking contract & paid all exorbitant fees that entails. The property was not at all as advertised that we did not come to realize until having to move in quickly. We had to deep clean ourselves before moving in because of the condition the previous tenants left it in, advertised as 2300+ square feet (more like 1500-1700), one basement room flooded which we were using for storage & they refused to fix it properly or compensate us for any damage to our things, also promised the fence would be repaired a couple weeks after move in, & never done. The place was much cleaner and put together when we left and still missed out on almost $500 of our security deposit. This was only our third time renting, but we have never not received back our whole deposit. They are a family run business, but seriously need professional help to learn how to run a business right.
