Bought Toyota Sienna LE Minivan at Fortbend Toyota, Richmond, TX Recently received product recall notices: Passenger seat is not safe for travel until a fix is figured out for the air baloon deployment; until then it can kill people! Power Sliding door locks are unsafe; no fix yet(Doors can open anytime while vehicle in motion) With these defects and recalls, the vehicle is extremely unsafe driving with family - which is the sole purpose of buying a minivan in the first place!

Worse Toyota Dealership in TEXAS! Stay away from here! The GM MARTIN [redacted] is a complete disrespectful fool! I had to go to great extents to get this truck! Also Ryan [redacted] is a terrible finance guy to deal with! He made some terrible remarks to us when trying to finance this truck! Right when we were leaving after papers were signed, trade in was accepted, dollar check was accepted, and all was well MARTIN [redacted] came out and tried to cancel our deal! FOR EVERYONE HAVING ISSUES, DON'T CALL MARTIN [redacted] , YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME! [redacted]  SHE WILL GET YOU ALL FIXED! They said I didn't pay for them but they told me all trucks were sold with them and also I didn't pay for window tint, but they did include that! I even told the Finance guy Ryan [redacted] if I should write it down, but he told me not to! What a terrible dishonest company! Took me days to get my truck from the day I bought it! As soon as I reported the [redacted] , they called me in to get my truck! WORSE FIRST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! Reporting to Revdex.com for sure! Stay Away and Be Warned!

Bad experience with services: apparently last time my car was serviced there to replace the oil and oil filter, technician over tightened the oil filter, so that when I went to replace oil months later, technician could not open it and had to break itOf course I ended up paying for this $after very generous discount of $from the dealership

Stay away from Fort Bend Toyota. They will frustrate your live. They made me paid $150 for a key that I returned to them 4 days after I returned my lease Camry. I guess the salesmen were trained to tell customers anything just for them to make sales. I talked to the sales manager Jo [redacted] on 06/10/2016 about the issue and he promised to call me back. Getting there on 10/11/2016, Mr. Jo [redacted] has been replaced with one rude and arrogant sales manager who does not care if the dealership loses customers or not. My wife plan to buy a new car in few weeks, we will rather drive 3 hours away from us than going to Fort Bend Toyota.
