Milex Auto And Mr. Transmission Reviews (7)

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] . To whom it may concern, I have been communicating with my dental insurance and they have advised me to get an itemized bill from Access dental which should include the insurance codes. Access dental has my email address as well as my home address to sent out this bill. Seeing how I never received anything but a hand written estimate from [redacted] and then a bill for $500 in the mail I believe an itemized bill showing what was charged out to the insurance, what I paid and what they say is now owed is reasonable. Regards, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***.I received a detailed statement in the mail and have forwarded it on to *** dental insurance who is going to review itFrom what I can tell, this statement does not show the original $I put down before the procedure and that concerns me I ask that this complaint stands until *** can review it and get back to me on why thee is such a huge discrepancy regarding the amount I have paid, the additional amount being charged, and the amount that *** says should have only been due of $ SInce the amount that I feel is an overage of $based on what *** says should have been only $total out of pocket I ask that the complaint stay open until they can review all documentation.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***I have included the email response from *** Dental Insurance which clearly states that In-Network providers should not be charging more than the negotiated fee for services rendered that fall under basic restorative servicesIn fact, I should have only paid an out of pocket expense of $Yet this the sales gentleman lied to me and told me a different amount and I have paid out of pocket a whopping $Plus add on an extra $that he is seekingNo itemized bill has been sent to me as requestedI have left a msg for Access Dental Corp office seeking help and an explanationI also went to another Access Dental office and sat down with them to show them everything that has transpired regarding costs ectThis other office states that I was overcharged.I will be waiting to hear back from Corporate to determine what will be done regarding the fraudulent charges and regarding the amount of money that I paid out of pocket. *** ***

To Whom It May ConcernAccess Dental Care PC, Inc is a private practice. We have only one location and have no relation to a corporate office named Access Dental to which Ms. [redacted] is referring. She has not directly reached out to or office and our attempts to reach out to her have gone unanswered.Upon beginning her treatment, Ms. [redacted] decided to go with an option for a less costly treatment, to which we additionally discounted. Due to confidentially, I cannot discuss the treatment in detail. It is regrettable that Ms. [redacted] is unable to comprehend this and even more regrettable that she is not even reaching out to the correct office to attempt to resolve this matter. As stated in our previous reply, Ms. [redacted] signed two separate documents that advise our numbers are estimates and any charges incurred are her responsibility, not ours. Furthermore, her email to us does not request an itemized statement but rather that she was reaching out to her insurance company: "I need to place a phone call to the insurance company to get an itemized statement from them to determine why I would need to pay more money than I signed for." - That is directly from her email on October 28, 2017, received three weeks after we attempted to reach out to her.Ms. [redacted]'s balance with Access Dental Care PC, Inc stands at $506.00 and needs to be paid at her earliest convenience to avoid further collections activity.Access Dental Care PC, Inc has clearly proven that we made the patient aware of possible further charges, that she agreed to, and it is clear that Ms. [redacted] does not have full understanding of the situation. From her stating she sent an email three days later, when in reality it was three weeks, to going to a totally different practice thinking they have an association with our company. We respectfully ask the Revdex.com dismiss this matter.

To Whom It May ConcernUpon Ms. [redacted]'s initial visit at Access Dental Care, during our new patient interview, we always advise the disclosure that acknowledges that the patient is "responsible for all charges whether or not paid by my insurance," which was the issue in this case that resulted in...

the $506 balance to which Ms. [redacted] is referring to. Furthermore, the estimate that Ms. [redacted] would have signed states at the bottom the following disclosure:"I understand that this is an estimate based on information about my treatment and insurance benefits available at this time. Any additional balance remaining after insurance pays will be due at that time, any overpayment made may be refunded after all insurance claims have cleared."The day our billing department was made aware of the additional balance, I reached out to Ms. [redacted] and left the voicemail that she mentioned. As a courtesy, because she ended up with a balance, we offered to remove $100 from the amount due. I advised her that we could separate the payments out on the original payment agreement she had set up with us. Despite her claim, Ms. [redacted] did not immediately call back. Additionally, Ms. [redacted] states she sent an email to us three days after the initial phone call on Monday, October 9, 2017. As seen in the attachment I have provided, Ms. [redacted]'s email to us was not received until nearly three weeks later, on Saturday, October 28, 2017. We were not aware of the email until returning to work on Monday, October 30, 2017. In the email, Ms. [redacted] advised us she would be contacting her insurance company and further correspondence or contact was received from Ms. [redacted] regarding the issue. Her final payment of her original agreement was paid via automatic draft on October 30, and we have not since charged her card for any further amount and would not do so without her permission. I have attached the initial agreement as well.It is unfortunate that Ms. [redacted] has had a negative experience here at Access Dental Care, and I do apologize that the initial estimate was not correct, but that is why it is called an estimate. I am more than happy to send Ms. [redacted] any and all records, impressions we have, etc. Regarding the payment arrangement with her credit card info, that is a digital file, but we are more than happy to remove the file in Ms. [redacted]'s presence so she is assured we don't have access to her account. However, we will not be sending a statement that shows her balance is $0, because the balance of $506.00 is owed to Access Dental Care and is a fair and accurate charge.Thank you.
