Smiley Pet Stop is great! The ladies working on the dogs are very professional and detailed. We have 3 dogs and they were always treated by them. We never had a problem scheduling the services or with the ladies performance. I would recommend to anyone that wants a more personal treatment for your furry kids.

It's not about the fact that you couldn't work on him but rather your lack of professionalism and empathy when giving that feedback. You didn't introduce yourself, explain why you couldn't work with my dog and even called HIM a SHE. You lacked any human emotion. It was as if I was working with an alien from another planet. Your practice should be investigated and I will do all I can to assist in that research.
