Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because I what they are saying is falseThere were no parts left of the fan on the Tuesday after the tech looked at the carSo for them to find parts of the wheel the following week is a statementAlso, there is no possible way to see the blower from the filter because the dashboard gets in the wayI have a video showing that it is impossible to seeAlso, the wheel of the blower motor was not broken the day before I brought itThe tech claims he never touch the motor, however, the tab of the motor was broken after he touched itI have a witness who saw what the motor looked like before it was brought to the store I have also talked with three different mechanics who say I am right in my findingsWhen I was told that the blower motor itself was broken, I assumed exactly what I heardIf they would have told me the wheel was broken, I would have said something that day stating the wheel was not broken earlier I had to pay $for a new part

I was in search to purchase a jeep. My husband who just had his left leg amputated a short time ago and is just starting to use a false leg, contacted Milfor chrysler dodge jeep. They had a yellow jeep I was interested in for 31,420. My husband looked up on their website the value of my trade on KBB. I have a 2002 corvette, yellow, black convertible mint condition only has 37000 miles. He had spoke to sales person, John Harding. He wanted to get a good estimate of our trade so he wouldn't have to drive all the way there because he is still having a hard time. It is an hours ride from our home. John said it would be between 15000 and 19000 for trade. My husband got in my corvette which he has not driven since he lost his leg while I was at work and drove to the dealership. First he gets there and the car price has increased by 1200 dollars, said they did some things to the jeep. Then he is offered just enough, 12,500 to pay off the corvette and then we would need 1800 down on the jeep. First they lied about the trade in value to get us in there, then they jacked up the price, all at the cost of my disabled husband, who was only trying to assist me in my search. They totally took advantage of him. I don't know how they sleep at night and should be so ashamed of themselves. I do have pictures of my corvette to show it is in showroom condition and I also have the website page of the jeep priced at 31420, 1200 less than when my husband arrived to dealership.

Dear [redacted],Please take this letter as our formal response to the complaint case number listed above. I have reviewed the complaint in this matter as well as the corresponding paperwork on file. [redacted] bought a 2012 [redacted] on February 4, 2014 with 30,530 miles on it. On December 8...

she brought the car in for service because of the blower motor making noise and poor heat. The tech looked at it and a mouse or a chipmunk chewed through the cabin air filter causing the acorns to fall into the fan cage of the blower motor damaging the blower motor cage. I have attached the customers copy and the techs copy and we did not charge her for the techs time. At this point it was not covered under warranty due to rodent damage. We told her how much it would cost to fix but she said she had a friend that could fix it for way less. She came back on Dec 14 complaining that we broke the car and that the blower motor was just hanging loose which was not true. Again we sent out a tech, he removed the glove box and found more acorns on top of the cabin air filter with a hole in it, without having to remove the blower motor the tech was able to see all of the broken off fins and most of the blower cage is missing at this point. The tech also noticed this time that the glove box shock was not connected allowing the glove box to fall freely. Upon further inspection the blower motor is sitting in a place loosely and found broken pieces of the blower cage on the bottom of the floor. This was because of an incorrect removal of the blower motor. I have attached a copy of the tech notes, and again, there was no charge for our tech to look at the car a second time. [redacted] became extremely irate and belligerent to everyone in the service department. We told her to leave and if she didn't, we were calling the police to have her removed. We appreciate the Attorney General's attempt to mediate this matter. Review: I purchased a vehicle from the dealership on April 21, 2007. I signed a loan through [redacted] but was denied. I got a loan statement book from [redacted] for the amount of $526 a month. I called the bank to see what the dealership reported my income as and they stated $3,150 a month. I have never made that amount in my life, my income at that time was $1,200 a month. Was told by finance manager to open an account through a credit union to refinance the car and did that and was denied a loan through them. I have struggled with the payments because I did not want to hurt my credit. I have also received copies from the bank in regards to this loan and noticed that my signature does not look like mine. I did not sign two papers for this loan and I only have the hard copy from [redacted]. I have filed a complaint with Consumer Protection Agency my case # [redacted] Milford Chrysler in turn responded back that it was my signature and they also made it known that my brother works there. I felt that involving my brother was not right, he had no involvement of what the finance manager reported to the bank or to the paperwork. At that point in time I was working during the day and attending college at night so I was never contacted to come in to sign a new loan paper through [redacted]. This has ruined my credit tremendously and I have suffered many loan refusals. I have contacted them on many occasions to rectify this situation with no results.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for what I still owe on the vehicle and compensated for distress of getting behind on all my other bills. I have focused on this loan because I do not want my credit to get any worse but it actually has. Also, I would like this to not affect my brother's employment at Milford Chrysler.

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:

I did not have knowledge of what Milford Chrysler reported as my income until November 29, 2010 at 3:36 pm. When I finally received the requested paperwork December of 2010, that is when I realized the signature was not mine. I called the bank about this issue with no resolution. I have made several calls to Milford Chrysler to show them in person my signature with an answer that it was mine. It is not that I am not happy it is the fraudulent practice that happened to ruin my credit. The income was incorrectly reported by their office. I was never called back in to sign any new loan documents. I only have the original loan document from [redacted] bank. I have copies from M & T [redacted]. If you want any of these copies I do have them. I also have a letter from a notary which I signed in front of. I have paycheck stubs from that time period. Please let me know if you would like to see all documents that I have.

Review: REF: Service Invoice #[redacted] dated 04/29/2013

I took my 2011 BMW X5 to Milford Chrysler Sales for a PA State Safety Inspection on 04/29/2013. (Notably, less than one week earlier I purchased four (4) new Continental Performance All-Season RFT tires for approximately $255/each. And the new tires had approximately 270 miles on them at time of service.)

The inspection was performed and I paid my bill. I left the Service Department area and went to my vehicle.

Immediately upon driving in Milford Chrysler Sales blacktopped parking lot I noticed a "tick-tick" that I thought was a stone in one of my tire's groove. When I got home I closely checked my tires and a bolt/screw had punctured a rear tire. I returned to Milford Chrysler Sales to discuss the problem and was unable to successfully resolve the issue.

The pertinent facts are (1) while my car was in the custody of the Milford Chrysler Sales - Service Department it had a tire punctured by a bolt/screw and (2) my BMW Dealer advises that the RFT tire can not be properly fixed and should be replaced or a dangerous safety condition exists.

I have additionally contacted Milford Chrysler Sales and Chrysler after 04/29/2013 about this problem and to date there has not been any resolution.Desired Settlement: I request that my $255 loss be reimbursed by check.
