In response to complaint #[redacted], our office granted the request by our patient's parent to write off the balance on the account in the amount of $44.00. There was never a plan to report the account in any way to a credit bureau. Since this was the Desired Outcome/Settlement regarding the complaint, we hope that we have met the parent's request.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 
If you would relay this to the dentist, all that I ask is that they ACTUALLY verify coverage BEFORE services are rendered. This should NOT be my responsibility. My dentist verifies EVERYTHING before I come in each year.
