I am rejecting this response because: I have contacted the service manager, and left a message. This was over a week ago and we have not received a call back or a response

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:I have brought up this issue before, concerning the screen sliding door, falling off the track during movement This issue was brought up three separate times when the three separate technicians came to fix the large glass sliding doorThe response was, this is the way Milgard makes the tracks of the screen doors However, it is embarrassing when guests come over, and slide the screen door, open and shut, and it comes off the track The next guest, not realizing the screen door is off the track, open and closes the screen door, only to find that it now falls down, because it was never on the track from the previous opening and closing So, we really don't know what the solution is, unless a track is built that supports the sliding movement of the screen door Thanks.
