 The issue has been happening since Dec. The store next door doesn't refund money they tell you to call the office which rarely answers the phone. The dryers are all the same and on more than one account other people have complained. The reason it took me so long to complain is because I just learned where and how to file a complaint. I have a witness that will also agree $60 is not excessive.

The laundromat has been in business since 1984. The dryers, although they have been there from the inception, work well. Like any machine, new or old, there will be malfunctions. The deli next door gives quarters and...

assists with problems. If they cannot resolve the issue, they will contact someone (myself or someone who lives nearby). Additionally, the management company, Milio Management is located up the block at [redacted]. The dryers are commercial 30lb units, which can be cleaned daily or less often. I believe the complainant's statement about being able to clean the lint filter applies to units with a smaller lint compartment designed to be checked after each use by the consumer. These dryers are not designed this way. There are cameras in the laundromat which we monitor constantly. In the past six months issues have improved as a result of working together with the Yonkers Police Department (YPD). We are actively workin g with the YPD to remove these vagrants not only from the laundromat, but from the area altogether. Please realize this is the first complaint ever received from the Revdex.com or any agency regarding this laundromat. The dryers cost $.25 for 7.5 minutes. The complainants request for $60.00 seems excessive. Also, the complaint was filed on June **, 2014 when the problem occurred December **, 2013.

Review: The dryers are outdated and don't dry your clothes. You waste money having to redry repeatedly because they clean the filters once a day. They do not refund your money when you tell them the dryers don't work. They don't have an attendant to help and they keep the vents locked so you can clean the filters of the dryer. They have cameras but allow the alcoholics to sleep on the one bench they have. There are flies everywhere because the place is dirty. The office in charge never answers the complaints about the machines not working or any other complaint filedDesired Settlement: $60 because I spent $40 on drying alone.
