I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
On Jul 2, your technician (your brother) did not find a dirty filterIn fact he never looked at the filter, I did and it was cleanHe found the freon low and charged the unit with freonHe said the only way to be low is due to a leak, but he did not look for a leakHe said the leak may be small and that his charging the system might be good for weeks or monthsHe also said if there were any problems within days to call him and he or the company would come out and troublshootI believe the leak should have been found that day and parts ordered that day to resolve the situationPutting expensive freon into a leaking system makes very little sense economicallyAs far as speaking to you personally, I tried times yesterday but you would not return my callsI had to voice my displeasure through your secretaryYou stated that you would have come out yesterday, but according to your secretary it would not be until pm and that you would not be repairing the problem only looking at itSo I decided to go through my home warranty company to assign a different company to my claimThe other company showed up at pm and had the parts approved and orderedParts will be here tomorrow and the issue will be repaired Friday morningYour company had days to resolve the issueThe new comapny is only taking daysI do not wish to speak with you now; you had that chance yesterday, but made sure to have your secretary inform me I could use another companySo I did

This job was sent to us from the [redacted] we scheduled it for our first available opening , which was Thursday between 8-12 pm , we called the homeowner because the technician got behind on his calls because of an emergency he had to deal with . We let the homeowner know that the...

technician was running behind and would call her 30 minutes before arriving so that she did not have to sit and wait all day.The homeowner states in this complaint that she had to miss work and stay home and wait all day , but she filed another complaint on the Revdex.com today stating she works from home, so I'm not sure which is the truth between the two complaints, Also in this complaint she states she states she had to call another company to come out and fix the issue which cost her $175.00 but in the second complaint she states that she had called and scheduled another company , but we came and fixed the problem so she cancelled. I'm really not sure at this point what the homeowner is doing other than slandering my company and telling lies. The $70.00 deductible she paid was her copay which is determined  by her [redacted] not Military Air. We never disconnected anything the problem was caused from the way the float switch was installed originally, which we repaired this morning. When the homeowner called last night 2 hours after my technician left advising the ac was not running we immediately put her on the schedule for today at 8 am and cancelled other appointments to accommodate her needs. We did not cause any damage to her unit, the unit has a leaking internal drain pan. Because of all the complaints and lies that are being told we have called the [redacted] and had this call transferred to another comp[any so this homeowner can get her new airhandler completed .

correct. They have made things right by purchasing and dropping off the new attic door. My husband will still have to do the work caused by them which I don't feel is right, but that was the fastest resolution that he agreed to. Thanks once again for all your concern and help. We have never stopped answering this homeowners calls, we have always sent a technician out the same day she called in with an issue. I am the operation Manager and I spoke with her my self on several occasions and advised her if she had any issues to contact me.  The $695.00 she is speaking of...

is her non-covered cost from her home warranty company , the home warranty company makes the decision based on her policy with them what is covered and what is going to be the home owners responsibility not us. As for the $2000.00 she paid for insulation that was not paid to us she hired her own company to come install blow in insulation based on a recommendation we gave her . We advised the home owner she had a large hole in her ceiling behind the refrigerator where her unit is that was letting heat in her house we also noted that she did not have proper insulation in her attic which could also let alot of heat in her home. Since our last visit to her home she has stated in a [redacted] posted on 7/19/16 she has had two other contractors out to her home and that [redacted] was out there on that day installing a new condenser, I can not confirm the facts she stated in the review is accurate I am just going by what was posted by the home owner , I will attach the review and the response from [redacted] We can not be held liable for any decisions the home owner made to pay a installation company to install insulation for her based on a recommendation , also there was never a report to us about any damages at the home, no one has ever called in to our office stating any of this, we only found out what she was claiming by her posting a [redacted]. There is no way to hold us liable for anything after she has had two other companies come out and touch the system, who is to say they did not cause the damage by opening the system up. We where never called by the homeowner in regards to any damages , we have not been out to her home for over a month. Please see below the review posted on [redacted] and our response before that day the home owner had never contacted us:chelsea hilburnRatingReview posted onJul 19, 2016This place has the worst customer service of all time. You get nothing but attitude when you call. I fell victim to this company through my home warranty. Military A/C has been out to my house at least 5 or 6 times and no one could figure out what the problem was. Finally they said it was a coil ( the technicians that came out were all great personality wise). So the guy comes out to install the coil in my inside unit and he's here for 8 hrs. Then my ac starts getting worse. So, I call them back and tell them it's still not working and now it's worse. So they send a man out here and he's pissed off and talking to me like I'm an it and complaining to me how he was called out after he had gotten home. Then it's STILL not working. So, they send some new guys out who say it's the pressure levels on the outside unit and the guy who installed the coil didn't clear the water line. So they do that, and it still isn't working! So the same guys come back out and tell us we need new insulation. So right after they left I called an insulation company and they came out 2 days later on on a Friday and insulated the walls and the attic with 6 in high density sellulose (or how ever that's spelled). And it still didn't help. So I called my home warenty company and told them the whole story. So they sent out 2 different companies to give their opinions and turns out all along the outside unit was bad. And [redacted] is here now to install it and they see a huge water leak from military ac still not installing the darn coil right and all the tape they used to seal stuff isn't working and already peeling away. And now I have wet mushy sheet rock on my ceiling right by my inside unit. So thank you military ac for your crappy job and horrible costomer service. And so help me Jesus if you post anything with dates, numbers, and conversations on here you will have a lawsuit on your hands real quick. There are privacy laws for a reason and what you posted on that sarah lady's review is enough to get yourselves sued!!! You don't want to test me. We did make several trips out to your home and every time we where there the outside condenser was running and the compressor was pumping Freon. As far as a water leak in the ceiling I'm not sure how that occurred because your unit is up-flow behind the refrigerator not in an attic, the drain pan is under the unit which is in an open space not in the attic near any sheet rock and we did install float switch in the pan and in the drain line. Perhaps one of the other two contractors that where out there after us messed with something on your unit that caused a leak as well as causing the sealant tape to come off . Alot of times when technicians are diagnosing they open coils to check for leaks and then do not re-seal properly. As for your warranty company we still do work for them so I'm not sure who advised you that we where not. You are making alot of accusations against us as a company and slandering us as you stated all over [redacted] for something we had no control over. Your outside condenser going out over a month, after we installed the inside evaporator coil has nothing to do with our install in any way. Every time you call in to our office we sent a technician out the same day so please do not insinuate that you where treated poorly by the office staff. If you had any issues you needed to address you had my name I am the operation manager I spoke to you several times, you could have reached out to me at any time and I would have addressed your issues as I did before. We as a company can not address home owners concerns if the home owner never reaches out to us. If there is any concerns you would like to talk about please feel free to give me a call, I would be happy to speak with you so that we can solve any issude you may have. Loretta D[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  On Jul 2, your technician (your brother) did not find a dirty filter. In fact he never looked at the filter, I did and it was clean. He found the freon low and charged the unit with freon. He said the only way to be low is due to a leak, but he did not look for a leak. He said the leak may be small and that his charging the system might be good for weeks or months. He also said if there were any problems within 30 days to call him and he or the company would come out and troublshoot. I believe the leak should have been found that day and parts ordered that day to resolve the situation. Putting expensive freon into a leaking system makes very little sense economically. As far as speaking to you personally, I tried 3 times yesterday but you would not return my calls. I had to voice my displeasure through your secretary. You stated that you would have come out yesterday, but according to your secretary it would not be until 10 pm and that you would not be repairing the problem only looking at it. So I decided to go through my home warranty company to assign a different company to my claim. The other company showed up at 4 pm and had the parts approved and ordered. Parts will be here tomorrow and the issue will be repaired Friday morning. Your company had 25 days to resolve the issue. The new comapny is only taking 3 days. I do not wish to speak with you now; you had that chance yesterday, but made sure to have your secretary inform me I could use another company. So I did.

I am responding to this complaint because the info I have on file in a data base program with time and date which can not be changed and show this to be inaccurate . We came out to the home on July 2 through the home warranty and found dirty filter and 20 days later of 100 plus degree whether all...

was well .  On July 21 we returned to your home and it was low on r22 refrigerant which is expensive and your home warranty company would not have payed to add refrigerant due to the leak until it was replaced. I added the refrigerant out of my own pocket because I was informed they had Military in there family. The cost of 6 lbs of r22 is about 350.00. We gave them our soonest availability and we called and the wife told us she had  to speak to the husband because you didn't know if you could wait due to your baby being so young and we didn't receive a call back and the slot was full. Even after the mix up we still were coming out to your house and due to the fact it was a massive leak , I wanted to check to make sure there wasn't more then one spot. I would have put the refrigerant in the machine and lost money again because we are a customer first money second company. On a personal note I would like to resolve this not because of the Revdex.com report that doesn't bother me or the fact of the warranty company its because  (I do believe in we take care of our own and no one left behind )   If you have any questions feel free to contact me on my Cell and my name is [redacted] [redacted]
