Our company pays booking fees, as well as other supplementary fees, so that we can ensure the itinerary that the customer has requested will be reservedThe lenders that we deal with set the repayment terms based upon the customer’s current credit status Our goal is to provide our customers with best possible services we can, based on their credit history and financial status at the time the customer submits the application We always encourage our customers to review the contract documents so that they are fully aware of all costs involved in the transaction The customer is given the option to cancel their contract on the same business day with no penalty or fees Hopefully this will help to clear up any misunderstanding or misinterpretation of the services we provide

Website required to leave name and callback number, which originated in a city outside business address. Individual on phone claimed to be a financing company which works with military members and first had to speak directly to a military member to conduct business. Afterwards, the individual asked prying personal information including banking institution, date of separation, birth date, address, middle name, service status information, and authorization to set up an allotment, all of which was "required" to find the best deal for travel services.

Mr [redacted] signed a contract with us in April 2016 for a stay at a resort. The 2 night stay was for 4/22/2016 through 4/24/2016 was booked on 4/19/2016, the same day that the contract was signed. The hotel’s cancellation policy is as follows: "If you need to cancel your reservation, you will be...

refunded your deposit less 15% of your deposit so long as you cancel up to 7 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel up to 4 days prior to arrival, then you will be refunded your deposit less 30% of your deposit. If your plans change at the last minute (within 3 days of arrival), call us and we’ll try to rebook your trip for different dates." Since the hotel was book only a few days before check-in, we only received a partial credit for the stay. We let the customer know he would have 2 years to use the credit. The customer contacted us at the end of January 2017 saying they had a credit to use. The customer’s new travel plans were more expensive than the partial credit that had been given to us, so he opted to apply for the lender to cover the difference, however, he was turned down. The customer decided to wait and use the credit for a trip to be taken in April. On Feb 1st, our booking agent was able to get an additional refund amount sent to us, giving the customer an additional credit amount. Spoke with the customer on February 21st and told the customer we were still waiting on the funds for the additional credit amount. Customer spoke with an employee later in the week who gave them false information, saying their credit was ready to use. He did not have the resources to see this information. On the 27th, one of our other employees contact the customer to let them know that they were given false information. Understandably, the customer was unhappy. We let the customer know, he will still have his credit to use once it’s made available to us. Holly, our booking agent, let the customer know his credit was available on 3/15/2017 and went over a flight with the customer. On 3/17/2017, the customer called in and requested the flights he had gone over with her be booked, so they were.   We do not take advantage of our customers. We are a travel agency who works with a lender to provide our customers with travel needs that they can’t afford at the time of purchase. Most of our customers are booking last minute emergency trips, expensive trips home to visit family, or large family vacations. We are able to provide our customers with a monthly payment plan, typically with no money due up front. During our application process and when we are quoting whatever travel needs were requested, we tell ALL of our customers multiple times that if they are able to purchase the travel out of pocket, they will find cheaper pricing. We let them know that the quote they are receiving is a quote for a financed amount.
