When I contactacted the company the customer service rep did not provide any assistance and asked how is my package being stuck in the United States for days his problem when I paid $for priority serviceI attached a screen shot of the delivery path which goes from [redacted], PA; to Illinois, to Washington, DC; to MD and no one is trying to give me an explanationYou cannot call the company because their voicemail only says an email will be sent back.Desired Settlement: An email with the desired communication of a solution on how and when I will recieve my package
