We did sign up with R & R Solutions in however a couple of months ago we decided with a new baby and a toddler that a cruise would not be a great ideaSo we decided to get our refund backThey REFUSED even though they wouldn't lose any money since we haven't even booked it yetThey basically told us we would have to sell it on CraigslistThis is crooked and very UNPROFESSIONALWill be seeking a lawyer since we be losing a lot of money hereThe customer service person Emma was beyond rude as wellWe were told when we signed up we could cancel ANYTIME and we would receive whatever we paid into it backNo where does it say on our contract it has to be cancel within days

it was nicethe presenter did a great job explaining the vacation
