Military Travel Store

I was planning to go to my college graduation ceremony in Wisconsin but I live in Washington My dad surprised me with this trip for my two sisters and I through the Military Travel Store They have the policy of not sending the confirmation number until hours before departure We kept calling starting at 8am the day beforeWe kept being told that it's guaranteed and we'd get the confirmation By 8pm, we found out that the flights were never booked! We were supposed to fly out at 11am the next morning All day the next day, we called and kept being told we'd be called back Suffice it to say, they seriously messed it up and never booked the flightsI plan travel on a daily basis as part of my job duties and know that it could have been fixed very easily I had to cancel hotel and car arrangements My friends from Detroit and Milwaukee were going to surprise me by going to my ceremony I had been seriously sick all year and this trip was my motivation to get better ***, the travel director, never once apologized for the *** Now they won't answer calls or emails about how they are going to make it up to me They are inept and unapologetic when they mess up!
