I am rejecting this response because: 1) It is a lieI have been contacting the business once a month since weeks after the purchaseAfter the first call, they started ignoring my number so I left multiple polite messages which were never responded to2) I do not use abusive or fowl language whatsoever, so I would not go against my morals and use it towards these cowardsThey also never replaced any coils or spark plugs they claimed to have done because when my check engine light came on two weeks after the purchase I took it to a professional mechanic to have it checked and they mentioned the spark plugs needed to be changed and hadn't been for a very long timeThis is America and I just don't understand how these crooks can make a living by ripping people off from their HARD EARNED cast is not fair that this problem was existing when I purchased the teuck and they knew about it yet they still collected my money happilyI did not just now contact them, I have been trying to work this out for a very long time and they absolutely refuse to help me at allThe one thing they did tell me was that if I need to sell it than they would do me the favor and "make it pass smog" for $No thank youYou STOLE enough of my honestly earned moneyI will not let this go until they make it rightThey know the truth and go to bed every night knowing they steal Americans' moneyThat's what they came here for and they need to leave like Donald Trump says!!!
I am rejecting this response because: Yes I understand that part of owning a used vehicle is paying to maintain it, but also selling used vehicles should include being honest and being fairI have taken the truck to a couple of places and tthey said there is no way possible they can give an estimate for the converter because they have to type in the information from the under the hood sticker which my truck does not haveI really don't know what the point in the Revdex.com isMy problem is not getting resolvedIn fact I am even being harrassed now by these guys from Salem Auto Sales [redacted] has been prank calling meI called back once to see who it was and it was himHe told me "Sorry I had the wrong number, I was trying to call the Revdex.com." Along with some other rude commentsWe are not in middle school so I dont think prank calling is the answerThis is harrassment and I am currently looking into what I can do about itI still don't see how these guys can get away with this [redacted] keeps mentioning the warrantee that I purchssed as if he is doing something good for meHe is notI purchased a third party warrantee for $that has nothing to do with himLike I said I am not stopping until I am satisfiedI hope in the future the US comes up with better ways to stop people from being able to do things like thisThe funniest part about this is that when I was looking at the truck deciding if I should buy it, [redacted] even told me, my husband and my cousin that all converters were replacedObviously none of us are mechanics and we had no way of knowing when we were thereWith that being said, and having the check engine light come on days after purchasing, it is so so obvious they knew about the problem [redacted] also claims that they have no mechanic there because they are not licensed to, which I know because I did some research and called the DMV investigater :) They are commiting fraud in so mamy waysWhen I was there and the check engine light came on, [redacted] said let me go get my mechanoc whoch he said his name was [redacted] also and they hoomed up the machine to the truckI saw the code '430' but they said that meant a coild needed to be replacedWell anyone can look it up themselves and see it is for the converterI didn't know at the timeSo he said his mechanic was going to change the coilThis took them hours!!! They are crooks and its all a big scam!! These guys are seriously ripping people off right before their eyesI feel very unsafe driving this vehicle and I want my money backI would allow them to make a reasonable offer rather than a full refundI will not let this be forgotten aboutI work hard for my money to support my family of five and I will not donate to these people that think they deserve all this money for free
