I order cookies from Milk Bar & paid $15 for shipping. I was supposed to receive my order on June 3rd, 2020. No one will return my calls or emails
I order cookies from Milk Bar & paid $15 for shipping. I was supposed to receive my order on June 3rd, 2020. I contacted the shipping provider that they used once I got a tracking number & they let me know they never received my order from Milk bar. No one will return my multiple calls or emails. The shipping has said that it's in City of industry for the last 5 days. The email that had originally sent me the tracking information said to contact them if I hadn't received my order within 2 days, it's been 6 & still no one will get back to me. Very disappointed considering they charge customers so much for shipping & looking back on their Instagram posts you will see multiple people complaining about the same thing.

Desired Outcome

I am hoping to get a refund from Milk Bar & I will not be using or referring their company ever again.

Hello,

*** emailed us on 6/5 as her order *** had unfortunately not arrived. *** responded to her inquiry on 6/9 (as we are experiencing high volume) with a full refund for her order since the package was not received.

The reason it was not delivered is because FedEx could not locate her. The FedEx tracking number for her order is ***, and in the tracking details, there are two instances where FedEx noted they could not locate the recipient, which is why the package unfortunately was not received.

There appears to have been a glitch on our site that assigned her two different tracking numbers for two different courier services. One for FedEx, and one for a company called Axlehire. The tracking number for FedEx *** was emailed to her in a status update email (see attached), but the hyperlink on the FedEx tracking took her to Axle tracking, so there was some confusion since the order was sent out via FedEx and not Axlehire.

She has been refunded in full for $51 since the order was not successfully delivered to her.

Ordered cake to be delivered as a gift, not received, can't get in touch with company.
On 5/25/20 I ordered one 6" Strawberry shortcake cake online for *** plus *** delivery fee (order # XXXXXX charged to my master card) to be delivered on 5/28/20 to my brother in Michigan as birthday gift. Received confirmation same day as ordered that the order was received and delivery date set. No shipping notification sent night before to my email as promised, cake was not received. Sent email on 5/29/20 to contact information address on website (***) explaining above. Received answer same day stating they got my email and will look into issue and I should hear back in two days. It appeared to be a form letter/email. They also stated since complaints are first come/first served I should not send another email because it would place my complaint further away and delay answer. I tried to call customer service number listed (XXX)XXX-XXXX ext 0 daily since 5/29/20 but only get recorded message stating they are unable to answer, call back. Tried to call the bakery in LA but only get message stating to call back, they are busy. Also tried to lodge complaint on facebook at their site but no answer. I would like to cancel order and receive refund but can not get in touch with company.

I would like refund of *** for cake, *** delivery) back to my master card

Hello,

***'s order was unfortunately delayed by FedEx for several days without an explanation, likely due to the high volume they have been experiencing. *** emailed us on Friday 5/29, asking about the status of her order. I responded to her inquiry on June 2nd, explaining the reason for our delayed response, and issued her a full refund of *** since it was not received on the date she had selected.

Our auto-response states the following message to help our customers get the fastest response possible: "As we're experiencing high volume, we'll do our best to get back to you within 2 days (we're so sorry).

Our emails are answered in the order of which they are received. Please refrain from sending multiple emails, this will put you back down to the end of the queue - and will prevent us from getting back to you as quickly as possible."

Unfortunately, due to the high volume of inquiries we are receiving, we were not able to respond to her as quickly as we had hoped, but her order issue has been resolved.

If needed, I am happy to provide a transaction receipt for the refund issued.

I wanted refund for the product and that is what the bakery offers. I have not seen the refund to my credit card yet but they said it could take up to 10 days. Thank you for helping resolve this.

I called numerous times, emailed and send DM's via Instagram.
I got one answer back on Sunday saying it's not their fault it's fed ex. I want a full refund ASAP. There has been no update on tracking via Fed ex for 2 days it keeps saying pending delivery date. We are talking about a cake here that has been shipped on the 28th and today is the 2nd so this cake has been in transit and sitting god knows where for days. This is a health issue and I will not be able to use the cake whenever it arrives and if it arrives. It was supposed to be a surprise for a 30th birthday on Saturday. No one at this company answered after asking multiple times for a refund. I am not the only person this happened to,when I wrote a comment on Instagram I had 2 more people with the same problem.
I want a full refund now. They don't take their customers serious and won't help but take their money.
I want my full refund now.

I want a full refund to original payment method right away.

I was finally refunded

Not once but twice I had bugs and hair in my order (crack pie) The first time I reached out to the owner I allowed him to make it up to me and remake my order ... Two months later I did the same contact the owner this time the owner was rude and insinuating I was getting over on him also asking for the time and date so he could track down who made the order and punish him or her , I told him I wasn't in the business of anyone getting fired .. And assured him no one is perfect and I wish not to punish the worker ...

Refund I want both my refunds for both times I paid $40.00 for each pie so I want my $80 refunded back to me immediately.
