I placed an order with milk + brookies on July 19thI ordered an assorted dozen of 'brookies? which totaled $The money was withdrawn from my account on July 23rdAfter placing my order I received an email stating expected delivery would be between 7-business daysThey stated they would email me a notification once my order has shippedIt is August 2nd and I have yet to receive an email or the 'brookies? I orderedI have called the company several times, left several messages and haven't gotten a responseI also emailed them but to no availThey never answer the phone, each time I called I always got an automated messageI have yet to speak to an actual personI have also sent them a certified letter showing proof of the order placed, as well as a screenshot of my bank statement to show when the money was withdrawnThey are choosing to ignore me and have kept my moneyIt seems as if they scammed me out of my money, this is illegalI want my money back
