Review: Ordered online from Milkcrate, order #2536, on March **, 2014, account debited immediately for $60.00 ($50 + $10 shipping) but never received order, sent e-mail and they responded that they would look into my order ASAP but never did. I have subsequently left numerous voice mails and my mom sent 2 more e-mails with no response.Desired Settlement: I would like $60 refunded either to my Pay Pal account or my checking account - whatever their procedure is. It originally went through Pay Pal but on 3/**/14 it posted as a $60 debit to my personal checking account. Will not do business with this company in the future.

Review: I ordered a hat from this company on May [redacted], and was told that my item would ship on June [redacted]. I have yet to receive any kind of update or communication from Milkcrate Athletics regarding my purchase, and I even sent them an email asking for updates. I have grown tired of waiting and I want a full refund of my money. I have requested a refund and told them not to ship my item, and still have not heard anything back from them. I would like to get this issue resolved as soon as possible so I can get my money back before they try to send me my item.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund payed back to my [redacted] account and I feel that I am entitled to one since they clearly have broken the producer-consumer contract I agreed to when I purchased this product. By not notifying me of a delay and failing to respond to my emails, I feel I should be fully compensated.

Review: Several months ago, we ordered a hat from this business, but have yet to receive the merchandise. Our credit card (via [redacted]) was billed back in May.

We have made several attempts to contact Milkcrate - via email and phone; however, there has yet to be a response.Desired Settlement: We would either like a refund of our $56 or receipt of the merchandise that was ordered.

Review: I placed an order on 12/**/2013 for a hat with this company. The total cost was $56.00 and was paid in full. It said the product would ship 2 weeks after the order was placed. It has not shipped. This company only provides an email address to contact them, I sent them 2 emails and did not get a response. I sent them a private message on [redacted], I was asked the order number and told they will loo into it. I provded them the order number and did not hear back from them. I then posted on their [redacted] wall that I needed someone to check on my order. Again, asked the product number, which I provided, and did not hear back again. The sight does not provide a phone number or address to contact them at. Revdex.com provided me with the number and address. I called the number and it is a general recording without naming Milkcrate. I left a message. At this time, my order says unfulfilled and paid. After looking a [redacted], it appears that many people are having this same problem with their orders being shipped.Desired Settlement: This was supposed to be a gift for my son, I can find it somewhere else, I would like my full reimbursement, including the shipping cost, a total of $56.00.

Review: On Apr **, 2014 at 20:02:01 PDT I placed an order for 1 "Milkcrate Custom Tie Dye Bucket Hat." The subtotal was $46.00 USD. The shipping and handling was $10.00 USD. The total was $56.00 USD. The payment of $56.00 USD was made via PayPal to M. A., Inc., appearing on my credit card statement as "payment to PAYPAL *MILKCRATE." When I purchased this product I was aware that this item is custom made and that it would take "2 weeks from the day of purchase" to be shipped. That date would have been April [redacted], 2014. I sent emails to the email account "[redacted]" on May **, May **, and May **. This email address was provided in my purchase confirmation email, which I received on April [redacted]. On June * I sent an email to the address "[redacted]," which I obtained from the Milkcrate Athletics official website, "[redacted]." In each email I requested information as to when my order would ship and provided the Receipt Number, which was provided to me in my purchase confirmation email on April [redacted], 2014. In addition to these emails, I called the phone number " ###-###-####," which was provided along with the email address "[redacted]" in the purchase confirmation email. Phone calls to this number were made on May [redacted] June *, and today, June *. Each time I left a voice-mail requesting information about my purchase and left my phone number, clearly spoken. I have received not one email or phone call in return. Tomorrow, June [redacted], marks two entire months since my purchase was made on April [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like someone from Milkcrate Athletics to reach out to me immediately and to have my purchase shipment expedited (priority mail). If that is not possible I would like a complete refund ($56.00) to the credit card I used to purchase the item immediately.

Review: I order a tie dye bucket hat from them on 05/**/2014 and it is now 06/**/2014 and I have not heard anything from them about my order. My order number is [redacted]. I emailed them two weeks after I order my hat and they didn't respond. I waited two more weeks and I called them and it went straight to voicemail. Later that week I found their page on [redacted] and they had a post dated for 05/**/2014 asking people to comment their order number and they would get right back with them. That never happened. I called them again this morning and it still went directly to voicemail.Desired Settlement: I would like them to send my order at least by next week please.
