For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Please see MrM***'s letter dated 7/20/where he admits that weeding services were first completed on 5/6/2016.? Milkie's has been servicing the property since and has charged for weed services several times in the past including for spring cleaning.? I found cigarette butts that were thrown on the property by Milkie's workers as evidenced by the tenants of the property.? A littering fine in the state of Pennsylvania is $for the first offense and $300-$for subsequent offenses.? In addition, the steps at the property (see photos above) had to be replaced due to a weed the size of a small tree growing between the upper and lower step.? This cost $2500.? Please return the $for the services that were not rendered.? Regards, [redacted]

Review: Milkie's was the lawn service company that I had for a property that I own in [redacted], PA. I paid for mowing, weeding, and fertilizing. I received a bill in June 2016 for $358.63 for the above services. I visited the property on 7/14/16 and discovered weeds that were three feet high. I took photos and called Milkie's to determine why there were so many weeds. I did not receive a call back, so I called them on 7/16/16 and George M[redacted] got on the phone after I respectfully requested my money back for the weeding. Mr. M[redacted] was very irate and said "Well...that's not going to happen." He swore at me, so I hung up on him. He called me back and was yelling so I placed him on speaker phone. My husband heard his disparaging remarks and got on the phone. He was very upset after Mr. M[redacted] swore and he swore back at him. My husband requested pictures via email of the completed work. Milkie's did not provide any. I have photos that prove that there is no way that any weeding was done in the timeframe that I was charged for this service (please see attached). In addition, the customer service of this company is horrendous! Who calls a customer back to harass them? I have more photos than the one that was uploaded, but with weeds that are 3 feet high, this shows that there was no application or service done at the time in May. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like my $358.63 returned that was paid for the May weeding and fertilizing and no longer want this company servicing the property.
