This is very unprofessional to bash my company and my foremanHe is a foreman because of our trust and his ability to carry that position which he will not take no tools that doesn't belong to our companyFrom the time we arrived at this job it has been a issue and I've tried to keep this as professional as I can but I refuse to let one customer discredit my companyWe stand by our workers and our work and this has never happened everMy workers are of hispanic heritage and were mistreated as they arrived on the job but we looked passed this as were their to perform work and not take anything personalI am in disbelief that this has come this far over some tools and if these tools have sentimental value that are missing how is replacing them going to fulfill any memories that were brought about using these toolsThat is all I am trying to understandAs far as replacing any tools we did and now we are told they were cheap

This customer did call and inform us that tools were missing from his fathers basement as to that was where the work was being taken placedWhile we were on the job site the customer was there with my workers every step of the way as if he didn't trust them in the first placeWhen we were informed
about the missing tools we had a meeting with all of the workers who had no knowledge of what we were talking about and claimed as well that the customer was there while the work was being doneOur security cameras were also checked to see if any strange tools were brought back to the yardWe have never encountered anything like this as I stand by my workers who are very loyal to my companyThe customers son was told that nothing was taken and continued calling asking us to replace the missing toolsWe didn't want to go back and forth and just wanted to resolve the issueWe asked him what tools were missing and we replaced themWe didn't know he wanted it to be a specific type or brand as he claimed multiple times when he called that his father just wanted the tools replacedWe hand delivered the new tools to his father who took the tools and said thank youWe thought this was resolved and all parties involved were satisfiedI then received a call a day later from the customers son that the tools that were bought were very cheap and were not the tools that were takenAt this point I am not sure at to what this customer's son would like us to do as we replaced the tools that weren't taken by my workers

This issue is not resolved in that as per my last conversation with Steve, the owner, I had given up hope of him honoring his word to replace the tools with equal quality and quantity and we agreed that he would only replace one tool the Ridgid 2" steel pipe cutter that was taken and we would take a loss on the the two ridged pipe wrenchesThis company was recommended by a friend and I never expected the dishonesty and absolute shoddy business practices I have experiencedThe man went from "no problem I will replace everything" to my men wouldn't do that and buying $worth of garbageTo set the record straight it wasn't his workers that stole the tools because like he said my father watched them the entire time it was his Forman running the jobHe men were very professional and respectfulThe Forman was the one going in and out of the basement unsupervisedHe is the one they should keep an eye onAgain I have never dealt with such a dishonest owner and I have been in the construction industry for over 25yearsAll we want is to have one out of the three tools that were taken replacedNot with a piece of garbage that he bought for $but a new ridgid 2" T handle steel pipe cutter

I see that rather then honor your original promise to replace the missing tools you are choosing to play the "race card"   Sir this is truest disgusting! Under no circumstances were your employees mistreated or disrespected. As I said in the past we had no issue with your workers. They came in and did their work professionally. Your management (Forman) and your specific handling of your business is what I take exception to. This all could have been avoided if in fact you had replaced he tools with an exact quality replacement as soon as you knew there was an issue. Instead it has been months and now you are calling our family racist. So now all this is a matter of public record and your company will have this show up ever time someone searches your company on Revdex.com. Sir you are not an honorable man. I do not believe your company is an honorable company for this I do actually feel bad for you!

This is very unprofessional to bash my company and my foreman. He is a foreman because of our trust and his ability to carry that position which he will not take no tools that doesn't belong to our company. From the time we arrived at this job it has been a issue and I've tried to keep this as professional as I can but I refuse to let one customer discredit my company. We stand by our workers and our work and this has never happened ever. My workers are of hispanic heritage and were mistreated as they arrived on the job but we looked passed this as were their to perform work and not take anything personal. I am in disbelief that this has come this far over some tools and if these tools have sentimental value that are missing how is replacing them going to fulfill any memories that were brought about using these tools. That is all I am trying to understand. As far as replacing any tools we did and now we are told they were cheap.

This complaint was taken cared of in a very professional matter. There was no pictures taken of this individual and her child as the worker on site took his phone out to call the office to inform us of the situation due to the individual stating she will call the police. She did speak to a...

supervisor and the worker was spoken to as well. The words that were exchanged between them only they are aware of but I can assure that my men on that job site are very respectful and this was very strange to my company as we have never received a complaint towards my workers. At this point I am unaware of what this individual wants to be done as the supervisor spoke to him and he explained to the individual that she was parked in an area that she was not allowed as it was marked off by the cones. When she hit the cone he just brought it to her attention but never asked her to fix it as that is not her job. She took that the wrong way and I believe that was when the words were exchanged. Like I said it is very unusual to get a call like this from an individual when we have never had this issue before.
