Mill Plain Cleaners

Review: Missing shirts (4) from cleaners. It was later determined that they may have been sent out to the wrong customer as they were ready to send out more of my shirts out again to this customer. I actually saw the delivery ticket.

We decided to wait a month or two to see if they would turn up. Never heard back from him after I called two /three times a month later.

To date, I have sent one letter, at least 4 email and 5 calls with NO responseDesired Settlement: My letter to him after he failed to return my call a moth later was to inform him I never hear back so I went ahead and bout the shirts again in the amount of $208.47. This letter was sent weeks ago with, yes, NO response whatsoever.

Review: Called store Monday and asked for shirts and pants to be pressed and asked if they would be ready for Tues. I was told no problem as long as I get in by end of day monday. When I checked clothes in employee put rush on ticket for me. Shirts and pants were not ready Tuesday. Stopped in Wed morning and shirts and pants were still not ready. They still needed to do 2 shirts and they said they would get done asap. The owner proceeded to explain to me how he was on vacation and he is so backed up, etc. He gave me an attitude the whole time. Finally when the shirts were done I asked how come they were not folded as requested, he did not seem very concerned with my disappointment. I finally said just please bill me out as I have to get ready to catch a plane to go to Bahamas. I stopped at the mall to pick some stuff up with my girlfriend and so I did not unpack any of the items until later. When I unpacked one of the shirts was wet and still wrinkled. At this point I called and asked for a refund, I even said I am not looking for a full refund but that I wanted something. The lady I spoke to said I cant do anything for you and put the owner on the phone. When he I tried to explain my situation and before I could finish he was cutting me off saying how this was all not possible and hung up on me. I called back and asked for him and I said "did you hang up on me or was that an accident"? He said I hung up on you and then hung up again. I tried calling him back and the actual business would not pick up the phone. I tried a couple more times and still no answer. I tried to reason with him and it was not possible. I would like a full refund and for this complaint to be filed. I have to catch a plane in a couple of hours and will not be back for a week. This is disappointing and frustrating and I was looking for a more local cleaners and obviously this is not one I will recommend. He could of just refunded me for the bad job on the shirt and apologized for being late and I would of been happy.
