Review: On May 14th, 2013 I submitted an order for fabric from this store. I paid with my CC online. I immediately received an email saying they'd follow up when they shipped the fabric. Their website says that they ship within 3-5 business days and based on their map and shipping time, I should have received the item within 1-2 business days of the time it shipped. 7 Business days later on the 23rd I had received no correspondence from them at all so I sent an email asking for an update on when my fabric would be shipped. I didn't get a response on that either. On Tuesday the 28th (10 Business days since my order was placed) I called and got no answer so I left a voicemail. I called and left a voicemail AND sent an email the following 2 days in a row, putting us at today, 12 business days since I placed my order. 12 days isn't really THAT long of a period of time to wait for an item, but my issue is that since I can get no answer on the phone, and no return call or email, I can only assume this business is a scam and a fraud. It also concerns me that they have not charged my CC yet, which makes me wonder what they're doing just holding on to my information. I finally had to call my bank this afternoon and cancel my credit card, just to be on the safe side. Do not order from this company. If they're legitimate, they have terrible customer service and don't deserve anyone's business. But I think that the business must be a facade that allows them to collect people's credit card information. (especially since they do not accept Paypal)Desired Settlement: I would like them to return my calls and emails and let me know when they will ship my fabric. If I receive a call back, I will gladly send a new payment for the fabric, since I cancelled the credit card I originally gave them. ###-###-#### [redacted]

Review: I ordered a case of Peach Nehi online through their website on 4/14 and paid via PayPal ($59.59). I did not receive an order confirmation nor a shipping notice from Mill River (their shipping policy states shoppers will receive an order confirmation email at the time the order is placed, and a second email with UPS tracking number when the order is shipped). To date, I've received neither. I assumed there may have been a glitch in the ordering process since I did not receive the order confirmation. However, the $59.59 was deducted from my PayPal account on 4/14.I submitted a request for status via their online contact form, have phoned the business numerous times without an answer (###-###-####), left a message requesting a call back & no response.Desired Settlement: If the vendor can't/won't ship the product I paid for within 5 business days from receiving this notice from the Revdex.com, I would like to be refunded the $59.59 that was deducted from my PayPal account.
