Review: We hired contractor to put in downstairs bathroom and small addition to our house after my wife's open heart surgery, we realized we could not stay in home without it. After the work was complete the new contruction roof started to leak. We called them back three times to repair leaks in 3 separate areas. The roof started to leak a 4th time and Mr. [redacted] stated his men where useless and get our own contractor and he would pay for it. We hired [redacted] to make the repairs and payed them 1,800.00 to do the repairs. We contacted Mr. [redacted] in December and he said he needed a month to get the money. We gave him the month and have called him several times to no avail.....We payed Mr. [redacted] over 42,000.00 to do our work our retirement money and need our money to finish the work.Desired Settlement: That Mr. [redacted] pays us the 1,800.00 he owes us to finish the work that we had to take out of our pocket for shoddy work his company did.
