I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: 
 Hi just by saying that the business no longer deals with [redacted] doesn't work. The credit card charges on our statement show mill Run Tours so the card was swiped by Mill Run and not [redacted] O. If [redacted] gave them the credit card number why did Mill Run Tours charge a card which wasn't hers and a third party card whom they say they weren't dealing with. The moment Mill Run Tours charged our card on their credit card machine they did deal with us. Have ve they filed a police complaint against [redacted] O, if not they should do that. I am sure there are many others in the same boat, two that I know of.

Review: Hi We reserved our vacations and airline tickets through mill run tours and realize now that our credit card was charged excess over $1000(one extra ticket and some more). The same thing happened to a friend and her dada who booked through them.
