Hi my name is Robert Mills I'm responding to a complaint from the beginning of August I'm sorry my email is late but I did try to call you guys two or three times in the beginning to figure out how I should respond to what the band's best answers for the questions askedAs I have never had to deal with a problem like this beforeI am now responding because I have had communication with the [redacted] l and the customer is asking for a $3,settlementI was ho***g to have you guys contact them and make sure that this $3,payment would bring things current with you and with the [redacted] And that there would not be multiple action taking place from the client to receive more than one amount of fundsAs I have lost quite a bit of money on this job already and do not agree with anything that's going on at the current moment but I simply want to pay the money and be done dealing with [redacted] and ***aThe conditions at this job site were pretty much terrible and I was never able to use the equipment that was agreed upon to do the job in the complete proper and a quick way and this cost me to lose thousands of dollars on their job and now I'm paying them back $3,that I do not even have As I am a small business person who mostly works by myselfAnd being a small business person I've always been able to work out reasonable rational solutions to problems with customers but I don't think that is an option hereIf you have any questions for me or any concerns please call me back at ###-###-####I will try to answer if not I will call you back in a timely mannerThank you very much and I look forward to resolving this and not having to deal with this matter anymore Thank you, Robert mills ###-###-####

I just found all your emails in my spam box The dispute against Mill's Quality Painting, Robert Mills has not been resolved.As I stated in the complaint or by phone I filed the complaint also with the *** *** ***, and have heard back from them.The company is willing to refund me $for work not finished, but paid for, by November 1st.I am waiting for that date to see if I receive a refund check to close the complaint.Please keep the complaint open with the Revdex.com until this happens.Thank you.Kind Regards
