I disagree with the response and fraudulent statementsAs I mentioned before, during the period of August until I was able to return to my residence, I was and continue to be 100% disabledMillans defrauding actions prevented me from returning to my residence within a reasonable amount of time, forcing me to temporary reside at a hotel and several convalescent homes at high cost and monetary expensesI'm awaiting proof of documents to substantiate my claim and will be submitted to your office for review and consideration within the next couple of days. On August 30th 2015, Millan’s Restoration, Incresponded to an emergency service callThe property located at NGlen Canyon RdOrange, CA incurred severe water damage throughout the entire dwelling areaUpon arriving at the loss location, Mr*** *** was given a thorough
explanation of the work necessary to mitigate the problem and advised to file a claim with his insurance companyHe then signed the work authorization and allowed Millan’s Restoration to commence work (see attachment “A”)I am amazed at the claims Mr*** is proposingHe is not a “victim” to “predatory conduct”, but rather an individual attempting to defraud and misappropriate insurance fundsOn January 11th Millan’s received written confirmation from Mr*** insurance adjuster confirming payment for the services that Millan’s Restoration provided (see attachment “B”) As for Mr*** claims that Millan’s abandoned the job, please see his written request sent Via Certified Mail *** *** *** *** (attachment “C”)Mr*** claims of being a “victim” are a ridiculous attempt to swindle Millan’s Restoration of paymentMillan’s Restoration rendered emergency services to Mr*** with upmost professionalismMoreover, Millan’s made sure that every step was taken to preserve the dwelling/personal property and to prevent further damagesAs for the lien that was filed, it is in the amount that the insurance approved and paid for emergency services and contents manipulation servicesOnce payment is received, the mechanics lien will be removed and his belongings returned
