I was told over the phone to check the new disposal and make sure the dishwasher connection knockout was removed, and it wasn't. I fixed it myself in less than 5 minutes. They could have come out and charged us, (and made easy money) but they didn't. They will be highly recommended by me, and will be the only repair company I use from now on. Thanks!

I was very happy with the service provided. I talked to [redacted] on the phone, and he advised me what to do to prepare for his repair visit. He called ahead of coming, and arrived when he said he would when I made the appointment. He was efficient in making the repair and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. I found them to be MUCH more affordable than another appliance repair business I called in the area. I will contact them again when needed!
