[redacted] ***, who was also present at the meeting, came to [redacted] the following week to supervise the deliveryhe brought with him the addendum for me to signI was surprised when I read it to find that [redacted] had reverted to the thirty day trial period which I had roundly rejected at our face to face meetingI asked [redacted] why he had ***e that, and he replied that thirty days was all that [redacted] was willing to give meI returned the contract unsignedI then received and email from [redacted] saying that he would no longer give me the thirty days of free service that was expended as an apology since I refused to sign the contractIt is dishonest of him to agree to one thing in person, and go back on his word when he is back in the officeI repeat my desire to be released from this contract.? *** *** still has not addressed my core issue of complaint: I was told by his service manager that I would be let out of contractI signed with a new companyNow they will not release meThis is dishonestIn his response, he said that my towel delivery came minutes later, not hoursThis is not true anyway, but the point I was making was that even when supervised by a manager they cannot deliver my correct orderWhen will *** respond to my complaint? I ask over and over to everyone in the company who I come in contact with, and here, in this forum, why are they holding me to this service agreement? Even Mr*** admits that they have royally messed up my accountand now that he has made me promises in person that he refuses to uphold now, there is bad blood between usWhy does Universal want to continue business with a client who has become an adversary? I order the minimum amount allowed by the company- I am a tiny contractWhy will they not stand by their promise to let me go without penalty?
Regards,
*** ***

To whom it may concern, I did meet with Ms*** last week along with our Louisville General Manager I and thought we had closure, however, she refused to sign the attached addendum to our service agreement…I did “X” out part of my cell number on the attachment that I’m forwarding to you since this is a public recordI have also attached her last response to meI guess we will have to agree to disagreeI will, however, continue to monitor her account and make every attempt to meet her expectationsThank you for your assistance and the valuable service you provide to our community

To whom it may concern By way of introduction… my name is [redacted] and I am the president of Universal Linen Service. We are in receipt of the above mentioned complaint. I personally do not know [redacted] but I have reached out to her and requested a face-to-face meeting. Our General Manager,...

however, has discussed her issues with her. Universal ‘s customers sign both binding service agreements and personal guarantees. The language in P5 of the agreement is very clear… “any complaints about the quality of the service which have not been taken care of in the normal course of business must be sent by registered letter to the Supplier’s General Manager.” This was [redacted]e on July 25th… five days after she filed her complaint with your organization?  I won’t address the specifics of her complaint but I will say that our service managers are well educated in the importance of service agreements for both our company as well as the customer. Regarding your August 26th letter… I just realized that I did not attach Ms. [redacted]’s August email or the proposed addendum on my last correspondence with you. I have attached both to this email as I would like for them to be on record. Ms. [redacted] and I are obviously not going to agree on this matter. I in no way feel that Universal or I have been dishonest. The new route person that we assigned to her account did in fact overlook one bundle of towels which he says he returned to her within 20 minutes… not 2 hours. I guess she meant it when she said “I promise I will remain a huge _ _ _ _ _ _ _  pain in your _ _ _ until you let me out of contract or give me a fair deal.” And that simply doesn’t seem like a reasonable way to reach a compromise.  Thank you for your time [redacted] To whom it may concern, I did meet with Ms. [redacted] last week along with our Louisville General Manager I and thought we had closure, however, she refused to sign the attached addendum to our service agreement….
