We had Millard Roofing involved with hail damage to our roof, guttering and deck from a storm in This was the second experience with the company in the last three years I work from home and was present when much of the work was done either by the MR crew or subcontractors they arranged to do the guttering or deck work Everyone I encountered was professional, focused, on time and the work they did was fantastic They really communicate with you about what's happening, when and then they follow up with inspections once the work is completed Their standards are high which is just what you want with anything done to your home All in all, a very good experience and I would recommend Millard Roofing to anyone They handle everything from negotiating with the insurance company to final inspections of their work and everything in between You can't ask for anything more!

Our current claim has been open for well over years now for damage to the back of our house from a hail storm Millard has pushed blame on the delays to our insurance companyOur point of contact with Millard was fired some time ago (we were never informed) and our countless attempts for communication were left unansweredWe were finally assigned a new contact and we had to start over in a waiting process the project to be approved (again) Recently, we were informed the parts/siding were finally approved and ordered but have yet to receive any follor communication since then My husband reaches out multiple times per week trying to get updates from them The lack of service and communication is beyond frustrating I fear the damage from the storm to the exterior of our home may be significantly worse than the original damage with the amount of time elapsed as the back of the house is exposed to waterI would not recommend this company

Millard has pushed blame on the delays to our insurance company.
