We clearly state that any personal belongings please be removed before the wash with signs posted at the front of the entrance as well as in the detailing area, not only to protect our consumers but to protect the business
Speaking to my
supervisors *** & *** they each examined the video footage and spoke to each individual that worked on or was next to the vehicle and found no misconduct involved during the cleaning of the vehicle
We did not find any proof or evidence that corresponds with the statements that were submitted to you that show my employees or any staff were involved in any wrong doing
We take this matter very seriously and we have done everything in our capacity to try and resolve this situation
