I went into a pop up Ashley Furniture store located on the southwest side of [redacted] , TexasMy friend and I were greeted by the then [redacted] I told him my apartment flooded due to Harvey and that I was looking for furniture for my new apartment that is not ready for move inHe pressed the issue on buying furniture and assured me that with the picture I provided to him, the sectional (***) would fitI paid cash for the sectionalHe stated to me that he was giving me a flood discountWhen the sectional was delivered (weeks later) it did not look like the picture on the Kiosk/TV monitorI then went back to the location to try to exchange the furnitureI spoke with another rep (I cannot remember her name) she told me that I wasn't given a flood discount at all and there is no such thingAfter sitting at the store for hours we finally came to an agreement on another sectional - I had to pay an additional $I was told the furniture would be delivered ***/but

Purchased recliner on 3/10/Ashley delivered it 3/20/Recliner operated for two hours and stopped workingCannot get anyone to repair or replace itI have called the store many times and spoke to the manager [redacted] ***

I purchased a Roddinton inch TV stand from the Online Ashley Homestore Website on 3/26/I paid for the item and an additional delivery charge I received the item on 4/18/The item was delivered damagedI called the customer service and spoke to the Ashley Delivery Service Warehouse at 361-412-6147, which is located in Cuero Tx I spoke to a [redacted] and her supervisor [redacted] regarding this concernThey stated they needed pictures to confirm the damage, which I gladly providedI requested for a refund of the delivery fee because the item came damagedBoth representatives of the company stated they could not issue a refund because I did not purchase from a store, I purchased online and I had to speak to the Ashley customer service number I called the customer service number and spoke to [redacted] She stated because I was keeping the item, she would not be able to waive the delivery fee Due to issues receiving other furniture damaged, I ultimately cance

I purchased a king size mattress from Ashley Furniture in Lufkin, TXFinancing was through Acceptance NowA week later we returned and purchased a sectional sofa through the same process because we were approved for a 3,dollar limitWe made it clear that we wanted to do the "days same as cash" optionWe payed our first payment early, and at the time asked what our total payoff wasWe were told approximately after we had already paid over We were fine with this amount as it reflected the agreed amountA month later I returned to pay off the furniture and received a form that stated, "Bedroom set" paid forI confirmed both the mattress and the sofa were paid forA month later I received a phone call stating I was late on my paymentWhen I told them I had paid off the furniture they stated that I still owed approximately How is this possible? The statement on the sofa states it costs 899.00, and the sign in store and on our contract stated that sofa

I think the star is too muchI bought a chair from Ashley in Nov received it in early Jan I do not feel it was the same chair that I boughtDue to my back issues I had certain things I was looking for and the chair in the store was itOnce I got the new chair at home I figured it was new and need to be sat in and broke inAfter a few month I realized it didn't do (its electric) with the positions like it did in the storei went back to the store to check it out but the store didn't have it any moreThen the footrest padding fell back behind the wooden partI went to the store within the year and they referred me to call the Furniture Care Protection planI called then Nov and guess what I have had to call multiple times and oh yeah they asked for pictures....oh yeah that right I haven't heard from them yet to set up an appointmentIn the meantime, the WOOD on the leg rest hurts the back of my legs and I need a pillow to keep it from hurtingDuh I should have kept my year old chair it was in better shape than the new oneDO NOT BUY from a "reputable" company that I thought Ashley's Furniture was

I purchased an extra service for mattress pads which the company refuses to honor for a mattress, both purchased at Ashley furnitureThe service includes which ever comes first, replacement mattress pads or yearsI have not received any spare mattress pads from the contract yet after constant contact with the store I have All the original receipts, contracts, and documentation from the sale, but have been given the run around by a company who finds it amusing to treat the elderly this wayOriginal purchase date was on 7/4/

Not settling a claim for broken bed frame in a timely and efficient mannerInformed them of a broken bed frame on Sept and they are telling me that we can not get a replacement until Jan or Feb Have talked with claims who stated they have submitted the proper paper work to the Ashley store (Sept, Oct, and Nov) who claims they have not received proper paper workWe purchased the bed on April along with a four year protection planWe are paying for this bed so we could sleep on it but can not until it is fixedI am a disabled veteran with fusion on my back and neck, and wear braces on both knees for generative arthritis; if I sleep on this bedframe I might hurt myself while getting off of it or my wife may be hurt if we slept on the bed and it brakes furtherThe head board is pretty heavy and should the other side railing collapse, then we are in going to be hurtWe are not sleeping on itAshley furniture should remember the VISION of from Todd and Ron Wanek CEO/President of Ashley FurnitureWe should have our bed frame replace as soon as possible and not have us wait until Jan-Feb

we paid for for our items and were told are items would arrive before christmas except for a loveseat our loveseat came and they said our couch arrived at their warehouse not 100% , now they say it will be delayed another two weeks because if weather no end with these people maybe before next christmas

I purchased an entertainment center from Ashley Furniture February of this yearWhen it was delivered, I noticed the right front portion of the entertainment center was raised not flush with the rest of the woodI called to find out how to resolve the issueFirst, at customer service the lady who answered the phone was extremely rudeSecond, the answering machine says they will contact you back within 24-hours, however, I have not been contacted within the hoursI’ve been calling since February trying to resolve this issue & I have to call back multiple timesThey finally did send a technician to my home to inspect the pieceHe said it could not be fixed & would need to be replacedI’m still waiting well over hours to find out what to do next
I will never buy another piece of furniture from Ashley again
