Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***.
Your business did not deliver the services that your sales representative *** "CJ" agreed to of line item costs as well to send the estimates via email due to our long distance from your officeYou did a bate and switchYour company indicated that you could deliver the items that we requested and regardless of how many employees worked on the incomplete estimates is inconsequentialYour company promised two line item home estimates via email for the price of $We paid your company in good faith based on your word that you could provide the services we agreed to and you did not and would notTherefore we are requesting, again, that you refund our money since you did not meet your commitments to usPlease do the right thing and refund my fathers money since you did not earn it
Regards,

*** and *** *** came to us with their father ***. They communicated that they would be purchasing a large lot of land and building side by side houses. In order to start the process, they asked us to design home plans for each of them instead of choosing from over plans in our
officeWe charge $per custom designed plan but offered them a family discount for plans which saved them $500.00. If they hired an architect, these services would have cost 1000's of dollarsAfter designing the plans according to the ***'s wishes, we priced each home for a complete turn-key build. Our standard service includes drawing plans, reviewing plans, reviewing build specifications, finishes and estimates. The ***'s communicated they were unable to meet with us, but wanted us to send the plans electronically. Even though this is against our policy, we accommodated the customer's request due to his hardship. *** communicated that he wanted to see every line item in our proposal. This is also against our policy. We have not providing line items to any customer unless their was an allowance involved. Offering bundled pricing is a standard business practice. We pass on cost savings to the customer if our team and partners completed the whole service. We only offer our services in two ways, either turnkey or drop and set. *** *** received both prices: turnkey and drop and set. Every customer is made aware of our services though our introduction packageWe charge for these services because it isn't uncommon for people to express interest in us without a commitment and then use our plans to solicit the same services from competitors. Our team of all contributed to the design of plans, numerous hours obtaining quotes from our subcontractors for homes and office staff organizing and tallying quotes for separate customers. To summarize: We provided a service to customers at a customer price
