My client does not agree to receive back their membership.My client is very careful to explain things very well, their presentation is fair and thorough, and the signed documents are proper and legal in all respects. Further there simply does not exist any blanket right of cancellation. The law contains no such provision. Millbrook Resort offers a very valuable service and facility. They are never inclined to simply walk away from a fair and bargained for agreement such as the one we have here. The agreements you have signed have significance in the law. They cannot be disregarded because the customer may have had a change of mind. I know that my client is fair and reasonable with all persons and this is their reputation. I have represented Millbrook for years now and know this firsthand. This complaint is completely unfair and unfounded. The original basis was that complainant had health issues. Millbrook requested confirmation of this and received nothing. As attorney for Millbrook I wrote to complainant in July 2017 but received no response. Complainant signed written acknowledgments showing she did understand what was taking place with respect to all particulars. Complainant was not lied to. The complaint simply is not accurate. The Revdex.com should not give credence to such a complaint upon these facts.
