I hired this company to put back our bathroom sink after a restoration in our home left us without an upstairs sink for more than weeks
A Millcreek plumber came and spend a couple of hours putting our new sink together, to we which we were quoted the cost of approximately ***
Went we went to use the sink, it wouldn't drain, so we called them back They returned the very next day and fixed the plugged drain but didn't say anything about extra billing, for what the tech described as the removal of a hairball Made no sense as this was a new setup and install
Paying my bills on time, I subsequently went into their office and paid the first nearly *** invoice When I returned home and collected my mail, there was another invoice in there from them for *** for the unclogging of our drain
I contacted Millcreek Plumbing to dispute the invoice, stating there was no way we plugged the drain before we turned the tap on, so that we could call them to incur an additional *** service charge The owner spoke to me with such disrespect, I would never recommend this company
They have put this invoice into collections which has been affecting my credit rating They also did not put calking on the right hand tap So I would think it safe to assume at this point, that if I were to call them to correct something they didn't do correctly in the first place, that I would get yet another invoice At this point feel I am the victim of a bully and am now being harassed with a collections that should not have been allowed to be filled in the first place
I definitely would not recommend this company

invoices)The original repair was performed on both rear calipers on November 1st and the inspection that failed was on January 19th If the rear caliper needed to be replaced, it would have been out of the warranty period and not coveredHowever, from an agreement with *** and the customer, we stated we would cover the caliper replacement (if the *** inspector had found the caliper to be defective) out of good will if the vehicle was brought back to us

with rear brake. Customer requested "replace rear brake pads/rotors" (see attachment pre-service 20398.jpg), we inspected brakes and found the right rear brake caliper had seized causing the pad and rotor to be worn down extremely thin (see attached photos in miata photos.rtf). We contacted customer and got approval to replace both rear pads, rotors, and calipers and flush the brake fluid. Please note: brake pads installed prior to replacement were incorrect; the correct pads/rotors/calipers per VIN were installed during initial visit (see attachment Miata 20398.pdf for invoice). Customer brought vehicle back in the following week so we could adjust rear parking brake free of charge (parking brake adjustment bolt was not fully maxed out due to rust), customer tested hand brake and drove away. Customer returned following weekend (4/30) with complaint of handbrake inoperable.We waived the $49.29 brake inspection fee, raised vehicle to inspect, found right front inner brake pad nearly worn down to squealer & rear parking brake cable adjustments are seized (rust has stopped adjuster bolt from advancing to supply a tighter handbrake). We informed customer of vehicle condition and recommended to replace both rear parking brake cables and replace front pads & rotors(see attachment Miata 20524.pdf for open invoice). Customer declined repairs at this time and no further action has been taken to remedy vehicle's brake performance to the best of our knowledge.

The issue has been resolved to customer satisfaction on 2-21-14 , I will send you a copy of the invoice signed by the customer .
