Review: On September 2014, at 6:08pm I called Millenium Capital to obtain information on how to get my vehicle released from the Tow Facility. A lady answered the phone and addressed herself as a representative of Millenium Capital and asked for my information. (Name Vehicle etc.) I provided her with my information and she was able to look up my account and specifically told me what was needed in order to have my vehicle released. I specifically asked the woman if I owed Millenium Capital anything and her exact words were ?no, you do not owe us anything.? On September 26th 2014 I made the payment to my bank to get my vehicle released and went to the towing company to get my vehicle. They stated that the release had not gone through and I needed to call Millenium Capital. I made a phone call at 2:14 PM to Millienum Capital and was told that now had to pay $455 to Millenium Capital by wire transfer. I spoke to several people at Millenium capital including an upper level manager. I explained to each person what I had been told on Wednesday September 24th at 6:08pm, that I was to pay $120.00 to the towing company and owed nothing to Millenium Capital. The only response I got after talking to the Managers was that she was not someone I should have talked to and she was not aware. However she was able to accept a call from me and look up all of my information and never told me she was not informed enough to take my call or answer my questions. I was also told by a manager that there was nothing they could do to release my vehicle until they received this payment of $455. After speaking with them for a half hour I had no choice but to go to my bank at 3:45 on a Friday to quickly make the wire transfer which costs me an extra $25. I had to do this before the bank closed and Millenium Capital closed so that I did not have to pay additional weekend fees to the tow company. I was told on September 24th, 2014. That I owed nothing to Millinum Capital. I feel that I was never in debt to Millinium Capital and that they held the release of my vehicle so they could get $455 of my money without being upfront about my debts when I spoke to them on September 24, 2014.

I would like a full reimbursement of the $455 as well as the additional fee of $25 I was charged by my bank to make the wire transfer. Total amount of $480
