I believe I have fully explained to her about this matter.We have licensed professional cleaner with master equipment and we always clean clothes exactly as what the label suggests.That's how we cleaned *** ***'s dress this time.It was unfortunate how the dress turned out but we
followed the instruction on the label as it says to dry clean only.We were not aware that the wedding day was the next day as she had never mentioned to us.Bottomline is that we are sorry for how it turned out and are willing to reimburse the amount that was requested by Revdex.com which is $75.00.I was notified today that the customer also claimed this matter to the court.I suggest her to contact directly to our business or through Revdex.com for reimbursement.Thanks

Beware of arrogant and rude owner who goes by "Kim" who floats around from transaction to transaction.I have been going here for years, and 100% of the time have asked to have my shirts laundered for 99 cents. Instead I was charged $72 to have the shirts dry cleaned and not laundered. I have been going here for years, and asked for a price adjustment as I have never asked for this (it was a misunderstanding when I dropped my clothes off to be laundered and dealt with a newer employee). Kim told me there was nothing he could do about the credit card transaction and spoke down to me the whole time. I get customers being in the wrong, but I am normally in and out and I just asked that he understand the situation and adjust the price. He argued with me and lied saying he could not void the transaction for an adjustment and just walked away.
Pretty disgusting customer interaction, as I have literally spent thousands over the 8 year period. I have read other people having issues and I guess I got my "the owner is rude" experience.
Good:
-Affordable prices when your order is correctly taken
-When it's good, it's good, but when it's bad (as in you are incorrectly overcharged for the wrong service, or they miss a button they a shirt)... look out.
Bad:
-I was charged for dry cleaning at $4 a shirt and not 99 cents for laundering.
-I explained to Kim the owner that I have never paid $72 for shirts, and he said that it was not his fault, and that this is what I wanted when I dropped the clothes off
-I asked him to look in the system based on my phone number and see that I have never requested dry cleaning and that there was a misunderstanding
-Even though I have been going to these cleaners for years (spent thousands of dollars), the owner Kim was rude, unreasonable, and eventually just walked away from our conversation
-If I even dare ask a question of Kim, he has rushed me off in the past but this was a $50 mistake
-After I suggested he void and cancel the $72 credit card charge and instead charge me the proper amount for 99 cents per shirt, Kim said that it was not possible and that he can't do it.
-The owner Kim had the nerve to lie to my face and say he could not right the transaction.
-On principle for a customer to have been bringing his business here for 8 years, you can excuse a $50 difference for a customer.

Review: I brought a perfectly fine dress to this cleaners to get a few stains out, when I went to pick it up the dress it was completely worpped. The owner refuses to refund me my money for the service and refuses to reimburse me for the dress they destroyed the day before my friends wedding. The owner laughed in my face as if it was funny and told me sorry I tryed.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund fir the service and re
