I am very confused customer was contacted by service repair on Dec 15th and the stove was repaired on Dec 19thwe were told by depot that the customer was satisfiedIs there something else we are unaware of?

I am rejecting this response because:I was never contacted by ***'s. I had to contact *** for service and I had to deal with the service company. I also was without a stove for days when it was only days old when it quit. As I mentioned to the manager on the 1st of December, I feel that the stove should be replaced or a store credit to put towards a different model stove. I feel that this stove was a lemon from the beginning and I'll only continue to have trouble with it

I am very confused.  customer was contacted by service repair on Dec 15th and the stove was repaired on Dec 19th. we were told by depot that the  customer was satisfied. Is there something else we are unaware of?
