When I contacted Millenium Limo about getting a limo for my wedding, I was told that the fee would be $100 per hour plus gratuity. We reserved the limo for 6 hours. After providing them with my credit card number, I received an invoice for $865, which included the $100 per hour charge, plus a $150 “service charge” and a $115 fee for “other charges.” I contacted them and asked what the $115 “other charges” was for. I was told that it was for gas and tolls. The service we reserved included being transported a total of 10.5 miles with no tolls what so ever. That’s hardly $115 in gas! I then asked what the $150 “service charge” was, and was told that it was gratuity, which equated to 25%. I've worked in the service industry, so I know that the whole point of tips is to reward good service. If you’re automatically tacking on 25% before I’ve used your service, what guarantee do I have that the service will be any good? What I’m upset about is the fact that no one mentioned these additional charges to me until after I provided them with my credit card information. I canceled my reservation and will not me using this company for my wedding. I just think other people should be aware that there will be several hundred dollars in additional expenses that they won’t tell you about.

Never have I written a review before. I'm now wishing I had search a little more info on Millenium Limo Florida. Two years ago I use the company for a transfer from Fll airport to Miami cruise port and return with 4 hour to visit MIAMI. Which was a not so bad experience.

Well this year I did the same , boy oh boy what a difference. The limo going was a little dusty (driver was great), but on the return trip the limo was just nasty. Empty soda and water bottle, seats were sticky, driver LAZY he didn't even want to help with the luggage. He opened the door and said this is were the luggage goes, not only that said he was tired from doing a Halloween drive until 4:00am.

Called to speak to a supervisor, dispatch said said the wasn't available on the weekends. So I sent an email (total of 3) no response as of yet. Call still no supervisor/manager on duty. Once I call the phone got disconnected so I called back and said I think we got disconnected and he said no I hung up because I didn't feel like talking to you. And hung up again. Rude

If I reverse the charges on my Creditcard, let's see if I receive a call or an email. I do not recommend their services base on the disrespect and hold things were handle. Sometime things happen just address the problem and move on from there. When you provide a service you should want the customer to always leave with a good feeling about your company even if things doesnt go as planned.

LESSON LEARNED

Worst experience of mylife on One of the most important days of my life. The driver was rude drive reckless and obviously has never dealt with brides in the past. The limo was discussing super dirty inside and out.
