Worst experience of mylife on One of the most important days of my life The driver was rude drive reckless and obviously has never dealt with brides in the past The limo was discussing super dirty inside and out

When I contacted Millenium Limo about getting a limo for my wedding, I was told that the fee would be $per hour plus gratuity We reserved the limo for hours After providing them with my credit card number, I received an invoice for $865, which included the $per hour charge, plus a $â service chargeâ and a $fee for â other charges.â I contacted them and asked what the $â other chargesâ was for I was told that it was for gas and tolls The service we reserved included being transported a total of miles with no tolls what so ever Thatâ s hardly $in gas! I then asked what the $â service chargeâ was, and was told that it was gratuity, which equated to 25% I've worked in the service industry, so I know that the whole point of tips is to reward good service If youâ re automatically tacking on 25% before Iâ ve used your service, what guarantee do I have that the service will be any good? What Iâ m upset about is the fact that no one mentioned these additional charges to me until after I provided them with my credit card information I canceled my reservation and will not me using this company for my wedding I just think other people should be aware that there will be several hundred dollars in additional expenses that they wonâ t tell you about
