Millenium Partners/155 Realty West

Review: On August **, 2013, I submitted payment of $277 to Central Parking System, Inc. ("Central Parking"), the former operators of a parking facility at [redacted] ("the facility"), a facility owned by Millenium Partners, LP ("Millenium"), to park at the facility for a period of one month. On or near that date, Central Parking was replaced by Colonial Parking, Inc. ("Colonial Parking") as the facility's operator. Only on August **, 2013 did I receive notification that Central Parking was no longer operating the facility and that I would, therefore, no longer be able to park at the location.

On September **, 2013, a complaint was filed with the customer service office of Central Parking (reference issue numbers:[redacted]). I was informed by Central Parking that payment had been transferred to Colonial Parking by [redacted] ("[redacted]"), [redacted] at Central Parking. [redacted] contacted Colonial Parking, who informed him that payment had been transferred to Millenium. On October **, 2013, I was informed via e-mail by [redacted] that Millenium Partners would be issuing a reimbursement. My address and a social security number was provided to [redacted], who reportedly forwarded the information to [redacted].

To date, no such reimbursement has been received. Attempts to contact Millenium have been unsuccessful and the company has remained unresponsive.Desired Settlement: Refund of $277 owed
