An acquaintance took my car to "help" get an estimate. He recommended Millennium Auto Collision but I did not know he was part of the scam. I got an estimate for my car. I told them I will let them know what I wanted to do and then they told me they already did the work so I need to pay them. I did not approve the repair. I did not sign a contract. They had my car for two weeks. I went to go pick up my car the repair was NOT complete. The estimate states they need to paint my tailgate and they did not paint it. They are claiming to do the repairs when the repairs were not done. My bumper was painted two different colors orange and the original color was Hypersonic Red. I asked about the price and now the owner wants almost double the money. I was pushed into this scam by someone claiming to help me.

Billing Adjustment They already had my car for more than 2 weeks. I want them to do ALL the REPAIRS because thats what they are claiming they did. Or I will pay them for the work they did at the original price they gave me which was $***.
In response to the case on the 2017 Toyota Prius the client picked up her vehicle on March 06,2020 and paid the amount stated on the estimate of repairs.
We were able to resolve this issue through the B.A.R (*** Program Rep.1 ***) who came to inspect the vehicle at the shop and requested all our paperwork and invoices for repairs as well as photos. The problem with this client was that she was requesting for the shop to give her money back for the repairs which would be considered insurance fraud which is against the law as the shop explained to the client. Since all repairs where completed as per the insurance estimate the whole amount of the estimate was being requested from the client.
