We arrived and asked to see vehicles that we could purchase at 21000 out the door. We were very specific that was our limit. They showed two vehicles and we settled on one . They took our driver license and keys and came back with contract. Contract was 22,500 I explained that we were not going a dime above 21000 so it appears it won't work. Asked for my license and keys back so we could leave. He went into office and after 5 minutes I knocked on door I asked for my private property and he refused to give it back . After asking for our personal items 3 times being refused I took my phone and indicated I was calling law enforcement they returned our private property
After leaving discovered they had removed my title and insurance card from my car

Started out as a good experience, but quickly turned out to be a headache. I bought a car at the beginning of September, 2014. The check engine light was on when I test drove the car. Was told it had already been put on the machine and that it was a vacuum that needed replaced. I decided to buy the car with the agreement that the issue that was causing the check engine light would be fixed. This agreement was put into a written contract. It took several calls to my salesman, [redacted], to finally schedule the appointment. Dropped the car off on a Monday with the understanding that they would have it no longer than two days. On the third day, I picked up the car because it had been sitting in the exact same spot since the day I dropped it off. The mechanic never even looked at it. Several more calls to [redacted] to get another appointment. After three more weeks, finally got an appointment to fix issue with the check engine light. They had the car two more days and I was told it was fixed. Left the parking lot and within one mile, the light came on once again. I don't believe it was ever looked at.
In addition, it took almost seven weeks to get the tabs and registration. The temporary plates expired and I had to go into the dealership to ask why it was taking so long to get my tabs and registration. The person in charge of this did not return my calls and I was given another temporary plate. Eventually I received the tabs and registration, but not within an acceptable timeframe.
Overall, the whole experience was one big headache and I would not recommend the purchase of a vehicle from Millenium Auto Sales.
