Review: I had my oil filter and oil changed at this location on 10/**/2013 as routine maintenance. I travel extensive miles during the week to and from work. On 10/**/2013 my vehicle stalled on the highway and had to be towed to the dealer. Upon examination at the dealership it was discovered that this location installed the wrong filter on the vehicle, this caused the engine to cease. Dealer has quoted a repair of 8k and cited that this vendor is required to carry vendor's insurance for this type of liability. To date, we have not been able to get a response from the owners of the location. I visited the location to address this issue and their employee stated "not their problem, owners are in India and will not address this". This vehicle is a new vehicle acquired in April of 2013 and to date (1/**/2014) I continue to make monthly payments on a vehicle that is not operable. My NJ attorney has referred me to NY Attorney to commence legal action against this business to seek resolution.This should have been addressed immediately by this business but instead now will have to undergo extensive legal expenses to get my vehicle repaired.Desired Settlement: This business needs to address this issue, I need to have my vehicle repaired. Their staff installed the wrong filter on my vehicle causing the engine to break down and cease working within 24 hours of their servicing it.
