I am rejecting this response because: the response was made by the business owner who was not even there when I got the permI did not ask for a spiral perm to begin withOf course I knew the price, that was not the problemShe used too tight of rollers and left the chemicals on too longShe was also so rude she wouldnt even talk to me in the three hours I was thereI did not want them to cut my hair or even touch it after what they had doneI have since had to have it all cut off to an inch in length all over because of the severe damageThere was nothing posted about not giving refundsI've spent money on three haircuts and tons of styling products since thenI should have gotten my money backThis is unjust!

Revdex.com, The stylist had explained the price and the procedure, to the customer before beginning. The customer agreed on the price of $76.00 and the procedure. The customer had stated, “they were so rude.” Who was she saying was rude? The stylist was so quiet. Later I had spoken to...

the customer, when she returned with her husband. She started to cry in front of our customers. I took her back to the shampoo bowl, and politely explained that she needed a small trim and a conditioning treatment that would of been a $30.00 service. I did not charge her. She continued to cry throughout the entire service, in front of our other customers. She was saying bad things about my stylist and made us feel like we were the bad guys. I gave her a trim and fixed her hair with styling products. She was rude and put it in a ponytail and than a hat on. She did not even see it with styling products. She left crying with her husband. Later that evening, she returned with her mother. I explained everything again to both of them. I said, “Give the perm a week and than come back to get another conditioning treatment because sometimes we do not like fresh perms.” I do not give refunds I work it out with my customers. The entire time she was complaining about the price from the beginning. She made me feel like she only wanted her money, instead of trying to work it out.
