I have had a web site for over 25+ years. I build web sites for clients and for my use and as a result of this experience I know the difference between a good & a bad hosting company.
***. In my opinion they do not know what they are doing. They just can't keep their servers running and online. Your site will be down more than they advertise and more than you would like... much more.
Additionally their customer service department, when you can actually communicate with them, is poor.
I tolerated this unprofessional level of service for several months before switching companies. Since then I have had very little downtime and almost zero problems.
www.***.com has actual communications between Host MDS and me over a 44 day period. Some of the personnel named really wanted to help but the management did not address the problems.
